Will wearing a hat to work after hair transplant effect growth later on?

I took two weeks off work but when I returned to work I been wearing my hat or hard hat im a mounth post op just wondering if I can wear hat or no? Thanks for your time.

Bone marrow transplantation carries a risk of treatment-related death, graft versus host disease, and HAIR LOSS as one of the side effects.  Your idea sounds great on paper but I hope there aren't any doctors willing to do this even overseas.

Dandruff or oily skin will not change if you have a hair transplant surgery.  Dandruff or oily skin has nothing to do with hair loss.  Transplanted hairs will not be affected by dandruff or oily skin.

FUE is a great surgery but FUE is just a method of harvesting grafts it has nothing to do with results.If you are a woman and 2000 grafts are required, you would have to shave the back of your head.This may be a social issue, or hair styling issue.  You just need to be aware of this...

You can transplant hairs from identical twins, but cadavers are not really an option. As you point out, risks associated with this type of procedure may not be worth it.
