I am wondering if it is theoretically possible to get a bone marrow transplant from another person (cadaver) and then a whole scalp transplant? If so, why is this currently not being done (besides the fact that there are of course risks associated with any medical/cosmetic procedure). Are there are surgeons capable of doing this?

Answer: You can transplant hairs from identical twins, but cadavers are not really an option

Heavy smokers have been seen to have reduced blood flow to their capillaries. This affects nutrient delivery to the skin and to the hair follicles. If you are a heavy smoker, the survival rate of your transplanted grafts may be lower than average.
One month following your hair restoration procedure you are free to do anything you like. The new grafts are safe and secure in a sauna, swimming, etc. No worries. Good luck.
