I am wondering if it is theoretically possible to get a bone marrow transplant from another person (cadaver) and then a whole scalp transplant? If so, why is this currently not being done (besides the fact that there are of course risks associated with any medical/cosmetic procedure). Are there are surgeons capable of doing this?

Answer: You can transplant hairs from identical twins, but cadavers are not really an option
