Oil scalp, heavy dandruff, with MPB. Will I still have loose hairs after HT because I would still have dandruff?

I have been suffering from mpb since puberty almost 10yrs ago.i have extremelyoily scalp with heavy dandruff . So far i think that my hairloss is due to dandruff, i have tried a lot medication bt got little or temporary relief.i want to know whether i will still loose hairs aftet HT because i still wud have dandruff problem even after HT.

You can transplant hairs from identical twins, but cadavers are not really an option. As you point out, risks associated with this type of procedure may not be worth it.

It is possible but you need an examination of your donor hair. Having excess sebum is not an issue with hair transplant surgery.  It is about getting an examination to make sure you are a candidate for surgery.
