Hello! I am 5'0 and weigh 125 lbs. I'm looking to get a BBL only. I am not ready for a tummy tuvk as i dont know if I will have more children in the future. I do have 1 child which was delivered vaginally. I have gone to some consultations and its noted that I have loose skin due to my previous pregnancy however, i am not ready for a tummy tuck. Its very hard to find results of only bbl without Tummy tuck. What is your advice/recommends of the results with only the lipo of a bbl.

You may be able to avoid the TT, but this will depend upon your exam and the precision with which the liposuction is performed. Answer: Advise no liposuction to lower abdomen Hello and thank you for your question. I agree with the surgeons that you have discussed surgery with in the past in advising you to avoid liposuction to the lower abdomen. Liposuction performed on loose skin has a high risk of causing deformity. If you desire a BBL surgery I would liposuction areas of your body such as your back, love handles (flanks), and arms, with fat grafting to your hips and/or buttocks and just leaving your abdomen alone. You can always reconsider a tummy tuck after you are finished with pregnancies. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Fat vs saggy skin Based on your photos your problem is not excess of fat, you are slender patient. Your problem is saggy skin and lots of stretch marks because of your prior pregnancy. So liposuction will only make your abdomen become saggier and wrinkly.

Liposuction alone won't get rid of loose skin in the abdominal area. Besides each procedure serves a different purpose, a tummy tuck is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and strengthens the abdominal muscles, in which there is abdominal lipolysis, abdominal diastasis repair, skin removal with umbilical reconstruction, and a liposuction is the extraction of fat from a particular area of the body, in this case the abdomen (abdominal lipolysis). On the other hand liposculture we take out fat from all parts of the body to make it more harmonious. Is important that you are clear with your specialist in the results that you seek. Best!
