I fell on my butt Jan 2018 and since I’ve had tightness in my left butt cheek that’s gotten looser since the accident but it’s still present….. I’ve been to my doctor and had my nerves and muscles tested to see if it’s anything damaged but nothing.(which is great) I want a bbl but I’m scared to mess up anything or make the tightness worse. I have control of my butt muscles it’s just this tight/stiff feeling that’s concerning. Thanks for your advice in advance

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Kind218082, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, you should be able to get BBL surgery 4 years after injury. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL It is difficult to answer your question accurately. But I doubt that the BBL procedure (which puts fat above your gluteal muscles) would affect your tightness issues I would also suggest some deep tissue massages in the buttocks area along with stretching. These may alleviate some of the tightness. Dr Taranow.
