I recently had one syringe of Restalyne Lift put in my tear troughs and one syringe of Restalyne Life put in my mid cheek. I still AM NOT happy with the results. I feel still look tired and not balanced. I am not happy with the way my chin and nasolabials look. I really cannot afford to put a whole lot more filler in and would like to know which area to address and how many syringes I will need to approximately use to get the best bang for my buck! I want to look more feminine and not so odd!

The area of most deficiency in your face at this time is your chin.  Filling this area will give your face much more balance. I would suggest either the fillers Voluma or Sculptra, as they appear to last the longest.  This will also pull out the Marionette lines and fill the lateral chin area, as the depressions can be easily corrected. This will make a dramatic difference, particularly from the side. It will also make your jaw-line more proportionate with your neck. I would suggest using a micro-cannula for the injections and selecting an injector with experience in chin augmentation.  There may be a time in the future that you will want a chin implant instead of fillers. A chin implant is permanent and very gratifying, of course, in the properly selected patients. Thank you for your question and photos. Best of luck to you as well.

Hi Angela,
First, I love your smile!  Even a little filler in the tear trough and malar eminences can really make a big difference especially in a young face.  Another area to consider is the NLF and in your case the chin area.  This area is often over looked and HA fillers there can really go a long way.  Hope this helps.

Hi and thanks for your question. I would inject on you lateral cheeks , temples and chin.You might get benefit of more on your tear trough. But this treatment need much more fillers than 1 .

I would definetely inject your temples and your lateral compartments of the cheek to better contour your face, and your chin to improve its projection, but this is not done with just one syringe. You should consider that you received a first treatment in a multiple step procedure so you can see your doctor again and discuss further treatments to improve the general shape of your face
