I am 25 and noticed my asymmetrical eyes 2 years ago. I don't think they were always like this. Without taking the surgery route. I would like to know whether fillers/botox can lift my right eyelid/eyebrow to be symmetrical with my left eye.
Answer: Improving eyelid symmetry with Botox/Xeomin/Dysport and/or Fillers, thermage, ultherapy, lasers Yes, this can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers, thermage, lasers and ultherapy. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Careful treatment Thanks for your question. By your picture, there's no doubt that you're young an beautiful. On things like this I really caution my patients about trying to do too much and ending up with a result that "doesn't look like me" or "isn't what I'm going for." It appears like you may have what's called ptosis on your left eye- without examining you I cannot conclude this but it's looking like that. It means that your eyelid isn't retracting all the way up like your right eye. This is far more complicated than just some botox, what generally happens is that if the left eyelid doesn't retract all the way- the left forehead pulls up the eyebrow to help get that lid out of the way. Correction is possible through surgery (if my diagnosis is accurate) but can have effects of the other eyelid as well as it's all connected. Try to identify and really pinpoint what you don't like in the asymmetry, if you want to level the brows, this can be done by someone with experience. God bless and good luck! Dr. Robb

Answer: Botox can lift the eybrows There is asymmetry in the brow but this can easily be corrected with 2-4 units of botox to raise the brows to the same level.

Answer: Eye asymmetry I think your case need a proper evaluation in consultation, but it may require a surgical plication of the palpebral muscle to improve symmetry. Please visit a certified oculoplastic. If your living in the USA, I recommend Dr. Guy Massry!
