After careful research and consultations, I made the decision to have Dr Mark restore my face to it's youthful appearance. I wanted a very natural look and he totally achieved just that. Dr Mark is unequivocally an outstanding facial artist. I am told I look 20 years younger than my actual age. The procedure was done with such precision, from morning check in to discharge in a very medically professional environment yet with a boutique feel. The staff was attentive, experienced and supportive in every way. I could not be more thrilled with the results.

It has been 4 months since I had my Deep Plane Facelift and Brow Lift with Dr. Mark Glasgold from the Glasgold Group in Princeton, N.J. and I am so happy! Over the years, I was fooling myself, thinking I took care of my skin because I spent lots of money on skincare products. The fact is though, I was abusing my skin... too much sun (not enough sunscreen) and without a doubt, the worst abuse I put my skin through is smoking cigarettes for years! When I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe the damage I'd done! I looked old and tired. I made myself a promise that I would quit smoking if I had this procedure. After seeing 3 or 4 different surgeons, I chose Dr. Mark Glasgold. I chose him because he has done this type of facelift for many years. He is a soft spoken, straight forward, modest but confident man. He doesn't try to sell you on more than you need, takes all the time required to explain the procedure and is very honest about what you can expect. Dr. Mark encouraged me to quit smoking prior to surgery and I did. I'm actually smoke-free for almost a year now. I'm not posting before and after pictures because I would like to remain anonymous. Believe me when tell you though, my results totally exceeded my expectations! I am soooo happy! Dr. Mark rewound the clock for me a good 15 years!!! I don't look "done" or tight or fake... I look like me, just me 15 years ago! Another wonderful thing about this doctor and this group (I've seen patients of Dr. Robert Glasgold also and they look fantastic as well!) is they don't just drop you after you pay and have your surgery. They care. After your surgery, you are just as important as before. I feel like I was given a second chance... a second chance to truly take care of myself. I can hardly contain how happy I am!!!

Had a terrible turkey neck and lose skin that was worsening by year despite being only 50 and in good shape. Hated my looks! The neck lift Dr Glasgow’s performed was comfortable, pretty easy, allowed fast recovery and led to amazingly great results with a tight jaw line and profile like I had at age 20. Wow!

I am a 55 and watched my face and neck age significantly the last couple of years. I could no longer see my eyelids, they looked and felt heavy. I had been getting fillers for a few years, which were great at first, but after a certain point I was no longer getting the results I wanted. This is when I decided to consult with plastic surgeons and see if my concerns could be addressed. I did my research and spoke to a few people who had these procedures done elsewhere.
After meeting with Dr. Mark and his staff I walked away saying to myself this is it, he will be the one to perform my surgeries. What I liked about my initial visit was that he was easy to speak with and I felt comfortable. He took his time during the consultation to explain the procedures, shared with me what to expect, answered all my questions and showed me before and after pictures of his work.
When it was closer to the surgery I met with him and his staff members who shared step by step on what to expect before surgery, the day of surgery and post op. Everyone in the office has their role, it appears to be a well run office. His staff spoke highly of Dr. Mark and have worked for him for yrs. This to me are all positive signs. They all encouraged me to call at any time with any questions, this was stated during each visit.
I live about an hour away from the facility and the night before the surgery I stayed overnight at a nearby hotel which was very convenient and worth the extra expense. The office provided me with a list of nearby hotels.
The morning of surgery everything went well, I didn’t feel a thing. I walked out with no drainages or bandages. That first night post surgery I was a little uncomfortable but not in pain. I didn’t take any pain medication even though I had them. Actually the overall healing process wasn’t “painful” it was rather “uncomfortable”.
For the people who know me, but don’t know what I had done, I get compliments on my eye glasses or tell me a look rested, younger etc. In other words, it is not obvious to them that I had “work” done. This to me demonstrates the surgeon’s expertise and skill.
I am currently 6 months post op and LOVE my younger looking face, neck line and eye lids! I am extremely happy with the results, and have absolutely no regrets. I highly recommend Dr. Mark and his staff.

I don’t think it’s possible to truly express my joy and gratitude to Dr Mark Glasgold. For the past 2 years I barely recognized myself in the mirror, but since my facelift with Dr Mark, I look like my younger self again and my confidence has been boosted in both my personal and professional life.

I have an art degree and I have a very critical eye with regards to beauty, proportion, symmetry and overall aesthetics. I did a lot of research over a 2 year period and ultimately had consultations with 5 different plastic surgeons, all of whom specialize in, and only perform surgery on the face. All of these doctors were out of state, and my primary criteria was the quality of work (before and after photos), as well as the number of surgeries performed (specifically true, deep plane facelifts with fat transfer, eyes, etc).

Every surgeon brings their own aesthetics into the procedure. It can be subtle, but it does make a difference in the outcome. What I responded to in Dr Mark’s work is that it’s rooted in a classic, timeless beauty that is tailored to each patient. Some of the other surgeons I met with wanted to do one or 2 additional procedures that I’m sure would have been ok, but they also would have made me look less like myself. On the other hand, Dr Mark took the uniqueness of my face into account and included a procedure that no one else recommended, (and something I hadn't considered) and ultimately that’s what my face needed for a final touch of added elegance. I feel incredibly beautiful and I can confidently say I look 15 - 20 years younger!

I highly recommend Dr Mark Glasgold to anyone looking for a beautiful facelift, and a great experience. My anesthesiologist was very compassionate and spoke with me before and after the procedure. My recovery was surprisingly rapid - I ate a low salt, raw vegan diet my first 2 weeks, and I continued watching my salt intake for an additional 2 months. I looked great and was out and about 16 days after surgery! I never experienced pain, only minor swelling/pressure & a little discomfort behind my ears in the few days before those stitches were removed. I’m currently 6 months post-op and the scars (which were never really noticeable) are gone (I did use a silicone gel with sunscreen starting at about 14 days after the surgery).

Dr Mark is very kind, attentive and truly focused on his patient as a unique individual. If I had a choice I would do this all over again and the only thing I would change is that I wish I did it sooner!

I cannot believe I waited to have this procedure done! I knew I wasn't going to choose any other doctor to mess with my face, but I was still hesitant. It sounded like such a big step to do....surgery on the face. And then, there was the fear that I would look "plastic" and done. Not the authentic me. I was really worried about that. But then...I took a look at the before and after photos on his website and I realized.....I WANT THAT! Dr. Mark is a certified and certifiable genius/magician. My gosh....this was the biggest gift I gave to myself! I have the face of my youth back! I don't look done. I no longer worry about photos catching me from the bad angles....there are no bad angles...I don't just look refreshed....there is no vacation, no island, no spa, and no meditation retreat that could have put me back to my younger self like this! And guess what.....painless!!!!! If you are hesitant like I was.....I recommend you get over it and slap a smile on your face, your new and improved face...and let Dr. Mark fix what is bothering you...even better than you think can be possible. I am sooooo happy!

At 53, I looked much older than my age. My sagging face and puffy eyes made me look tired all the time. When I decided to have a facelift, I knew I wanted a doctor who performs the deep plane facelift and only does facial plastic surgery. I found Dr. Mark on Real Self. After my initial consultation, I knew that I wanted him to do my surgery. He took a lot of time to explain exactly what he could do to give me a more youthful appearance, and patiently answered my many questions. Patient satisfaction is very important to Dr. Mark.. He only does one procedure a day, and his goal is to hit a “home-run” with each patient. He assured me that my results would not be subtle, but I would not look “done.”

Dr. Mark performed a facelift with an upper and lower blepharoplasty. I am 9 weeks post-op and am super happy with my results! He delivered what he promised! I look like a much younger version of myself. I still have some swelling, but my recovery is right on track. I am very glad that I chose to have this procedure, especially when I look at my before and after pictures.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Mark’s amazing staff. Rosa, Suzanne, and Jen all made me feel like a priority, taking time to answer all my questions and making sure that everything went smoothly. Now that I am a postoperative patient, I am still a priority. Dr. Mark and his staff have made it very clear that I can call with any questions or concerns and that they will fit me right in the schedule to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Glasgold and his amazing staff. If you are considering a facelift just do it! You will not regret it for a minute!

Dr. Mark Glasgold performed a deep plane face lift on me (woman - age 66) in May, 2022. I could not be more pleased.

My jowls have vanished, and my jowl line and neck look amazing.

My "perma-frown" has vanished, and my mouth is no longer in the shape of an inverted "U."

My "Homer Simpson" cheeks have vanished, and now my cheeks look great.

Maybe his nickname should be "Magic Mark" due to his amazing vanishing acts!

But seriously, I am very happy.

Dr. Mark's expertise was evident from my initial consultation. He explained the deep plane facelift procedure in great detail, and he answered the many questions my husband and I posed to him. He was confident in his ability to me look "younger and better." He succeeded!

I left the surgical center that day with no drains and no bandages.

After the procedure, believe it or not, I took NO painkillers...not even a Tylenol! I was bruised and swollen, but there was no pain. Within 3 weeks, I was out and about (of course, I did wear a mask at many stores).

Having a facelift is certainly a nerve-wracking experience. Dr. Mark and his team made the entire procedure as stress - free as you can imagine. Dr. Mark and his staff members are extremely friendly, professional and available to answer any questions or concerns.

I had a facelift and upper blepharoplasty in mid-April 2022. I traveled from the midwest to New Jersey (after a 3 month rescheduling delay due to getting Covid) for a 10-day stay, based on the results and recommendations of my good friend who had the same 2 procedures a year before me. I made a surprisingly easy decision to pursue this despite not having EVER thought I'd have a facelift. My profile and appearance before the surgery had really aged me within the past 2 years, being post-menopausal. My dermatologist was honest and said that the results I was looking for could only be achieved by cosmetic surgery. When I found out about the Glasgold Group, I scheduled my phone consultation and had a relaxed, informative, and pleasant video meeting with Dr. Mark. The price was more than I expected but I anticipated that the results would be worth it. When you're considering a facelift, you want the best, which comes with a pricetag. This is not something you want to bargain shop. Having a good friend as my mentor, as well as the testimonial of another good friend of HERS, was enough for me to commit. I will admit that I had some false expectations based on my friend's and her friend's seemingly short recovery time. Everyone heals at a different pace. I would say the advice that was given on how long to expect to stay sequestered, for me was a little too short. I would have been most comfortable "coming out" in person after my surgery after probably 6 weeks. But that may have been my own insecurity about people questioning why I looked different, which actually did not even happen. I did have big events scheduled within 3.5 to 5 weeks post-surgery, which made me very nervous as I was waiting to look and feel "normal." My face was still healing and very numb on the cheeks and neck at this time. However, it was not an issue when I finally saw people I knew; I just felt great after I got past my own nervousness and anxiety. I can't explain that part, and I don't think everyone feels like I did, but my friend helped calm me down and I know that Dr. Mark and his staff would have gladly talked me through this too, had I reached out. They were very gracious and said to call them any time with any concerns. Now that my face is feeling more "alive" and less numb every day, I am just getting more excited about the result. My blepharoplasty was a suggested procedure by Dr. Mark during my video consultation, and he was right. My eyes have not ever looked this open or attractive. The most exciting part is my face and chin: I have A NICE PROFILE now. Before the facelift, my chin and neck were becoming one. But I now I feel like I look at least a decade younger than I did, and look younger than my age (55). My 22 year old daughter was in awe of the new me, which made me feel great too. Book your facelift with Dr. Mark as soon as you can; who knows how long he will be in practice? Don't miss out on him! Dr. "Mark" is amazing!! I had a wonderful experience with him and could not be happier or say enough good things about him. I had a deep plane facelift 3 months ago and it is lifechanging to me. I am in my 50's and had very heavy jowls and my lower face was really sagging and had a lot of extra skin. My face did not match how I feel and the rest of my body. I did a lot of research on deep plane compared to the traditional facelift and Dr. Mark explained it all to me in more detail. He told me what to expect the next day, next week and months out and he was completely accurate. I had no pain at all and no drains. I had excessive swelling the first week and he addressed that right away. I still look like myself but better and the shape of my face is what is should have been. He is very honest and transparent which I appreciated. I am still swollen 3 months out, but most people will not be able to notice. I am excited to see how my face will look one year out, but if it looks this good 3 months out, it will be amazing.
