My eyes have been droopy for years but had gotten so bad I could only lift lids half way so was really impacting my vision. Having had numverous eye surgeries, including DMEK cornea transplant, I wanted to be as sure as possible that I had the best surgeon for the Ptosis surgery as I certainly did not want any issues with the eyes themselves. I have severe dry eye which I knew the surgery would negatively impact but had reached the stage I had little choice but to do. The dry eye is worse in one eye but to be able to see full range is delightful. Hopefully no more brow scars from hitting things I didn't see above. I would recommend Dr. Victoria for certain. She has responded to my concerns even on weekends. Even though I still have swelling, people say I look ten years younger. A good thing for a 79 year old.
I met with Dr. Victoria when I had bad eye injury. She corrected the damage and it looked perfect. Later I had partial facelift and some touch ups with Rf micro needling. I am 69 and look 55. She is the only one I will ever let touch my face. I love her. Claudia
How does one even begin to praise such an amazing person? I had researched extensively sculptra vs fat grafting and after initial consult I decided to go with sculptra. I was beaming with excitement weeks before appointment. Arrived to my consult nervous and wondering if I would regret this due to the mixed reviews....then I opted to have dysport in forehead and brow (lift) and restylane on lips....well I stopped counting at 20 injections. I do not have a single bruise and my face is amazing! Dr. Victoria is extremely meek and humble with an Amazon bedside manner. She is meticulous and fastidious paying very close attention with precision. My only regret is not doing sooner. Use ice, take arnica and bromelain and benadryl and you'll be perfect. S. Updated on 30 Oct 2015: This stuff is amazing! And a huge thank you to all the doctors that replied and gave me the confidence to pursue. I had a meticulous and fastidious injector named Dr. Victoria in Miami. The depression of the loss of volume in my lower face was definitely worth the temporary discomfort and cost. At first it was swollen and I was freaked out because i did NOT want chrissy teigen cheeks but I trusted in my decision and more importantly I trusted in the doctor i chose. If she had any work done (doubt it shes stunning and in her 30 s) she certainly didn't show it and thats what wanted. I had zero bruising and also opted for dysport on forehead and brows and restylane. What I did: discontinued my vitamins a week before procedure, loaded up on arnica Montana and bromelain. Iced alot. Took benadryl and i was absolutely perfect the next day. We started with one vial to see how I react. Despite all the research what i didn't know was I would have immediate results. I was under the impression it would be a gradual process taking up to 3 mos and show results in 1 month minimum. Well its day 2 and doing 5/5/5 and I have perfect volume. I am beyond thrilled with my results and feel good about myself which i hadn't in a long time. Does volume leave then gradually return?
Im very happy with the results. Doctor Ana Carolina Victoria was excellent. I would definitely come back to her to do this procedure and more. I didnt have to wait at all. Her office was very clean and i felt comfortable while I was there. She is very friendly and i never felt nervouse during the procedure. I couldnt believe the results. I woke up the next day and i felt amazed at how my face looked. Its just what i wanted.
I decided to go through this procedure in order to prevent future wrinkles. It was my first time visiting Ana and I was recommended by many of my friends. Dr. Ana Carolina Victoria took the time to explain to me all the pros and cons. After the procedure, I felt amazing thanks to her. At the end, all my procedures were successful.
I suffered from light acne in my teens that left some scars, but one ice pick scar on my left cheek that really bothers me, after doing almost everything in my 20s (micro-needling-microdermabrasion and peels) i decided to get a c02 with Dr Ana Carolina Victoria, I went for a consultation where we agreed to to partial face for a $1250 ( i thought it was pricey but all i wanted was a better skin). i really had high hopes so i decided to do it. i had it done on January 5th, it took me 4 days to recover but after that i didn't see much results, its been almost 3 months and i have seen NO results or whatsoever, i called Dr Ana Victoria and she told me that i need a second one, i'm currently paying down the credit card i used for this treatment so it cause me tremendous hardship to pay for a second one, she agreed to charge me $350 so i will have my second treatment in a month, i'll post an update once i see results but for now i DO NOT think it WAS WORTH IT! its like trowing 1250 to the garbage, its really upsetting and sad. the only reason i give her 3 stars its because SHE is very polite and helpful.
I went to visit Dr. Ana Carolina Victoria office for Botox last year. I had no trouble getting an appointment and the person I spoke to was very courteous. Dr. Ana Carolina Victoria works on your face like and artist and you are her masterpiece. The results were amazing. As impressive as her expertise was there was something else about her that was equally impressive. She is a very kind human being. She genuinely cares and does whatever she can to help her patient. She is very straightforward and I will recommend her to others as she was recommended to me. I will continue to visit Dr. Ana Carolina VictoriaBalaguer for any other treatments that I might need in the future.
Thank you for your question. We all have asymmetries in our face, some more marked than others. I agree with you that your brows sit at different levels. Thankfully you have the option to try to fix the asymmetry with correctly placed botox injections. However, it may take more than one try to get it right. Another option is to perform a unilateral brow lift. Make sure to consult an oculoplastic surgeon whoe performs these procedures on a regular basis so you can decide which procedure is right for you.
Eyelid surgery can be very rejuvenating. It is broadly called blepharoplasty. Upper blepharoplasty can sometimes be covered by your insurance if you meet certain criteria, otherwise, it is a cosmetic procedure. Please post pictures so we can give you our opinion.
Thanks for your questions. The injection sites for crows feet can vary according to your anatomy, and if you went to an experienced injector, I would not worry about the sites of injection.
Keloids are quite common in the ear. If you are starting to have symptoms such as pain, irritation, swelling, you should seek help as soon as possible to prevent the keloid from growing any further. If caught early, a simple injection of steroid and/or 5FU can help stabilize the keloid. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question. The Vycross family of products such as Vollure, don’t tend to swell as much as the previous generations. With hat said, i prefer using volbella as it is a thinner product. At two weeks, I think you are slightly over-filled, and that’s what is giving you the swollen look. I recommend having your injector take a look and ptentially dissolving a little bit of the filler with vitrase. Hope this helps!
