Getting a mini arm lift gives such amazing results under local and has a hidden incision in the arm pits. It really tightens up the arms and you get lipo and bodytite/quantum/morpheus all at the same time for best results.
From what i can see in the pictures it appears that the liposuction was likely only carried out from the elbo or maybe from the front. I think improving the contours of your upper arm on the posterior (back side) can significantly improve the area of concern for you. It may not eliminate the crease all together but it will 100% be much less noticeable.
Dear Brave62058,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Most likely this can be corrected with fat transfers in a small amount. This can be done under local anesthesia at a minimal cost.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
This looks like asymmetric removal of fat, where the thickness was left greater in some areas, and taken thin in others which creates the folds and creases. If an energy based device was used, this can also lead to asymmetric tightening of the skin if the depth was varied. The good news is that this can typically be evened out with an experienced plastic surgeon utilizing additional liposuction techniques +/- formal brachioplasty depending on the skin excess and ultimate goals.
It is very likely that more fat was removed from the area what resulted in dimple, crease. Best correction would be fat grafting. This can be done in local anesthesia. Good luck.
HelloIt seems that liposuction was performed without adding a skin-tightening treatment while you had excessive skin laxity. Additionally, the fat was not evenly removed from your arm; it appears that more fat was taken from the distal part of your arm.
Contour irregularities can occur from liposuction. It appears certain areas were over suctioned. It can be improved but a revision will be needed. You could also consider adding J-Plasma or even BodyTite to tighten the skin. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
There are possible two things to do. First, fat could be added to the dent. Second and probably better, more liposuction could be done on the upper part and use radiofrequency skin tightening to tighten the skin. An examination will determine which is best. go for a consultation.
Dear Christyissexy77, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos and history, you will most likely benefit from fat transfer. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will...
Excellent technical question, but there really isn’t a specific number to put on it. The percentage of fat is quite variable, mostly depending on technique (i.e. wet, super wet, tumescent), but also skill and aggressiveness of the surgeon, body location, and patient. If i’m doing a medial thi...
Dear aces.14, I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition,...
