I agree that yes you would be a fine candidate for that procedure without significant risk for gluteal sag after surgery as long as the surgeon can provide good examples of other patients who had the same procedure. I personally do not see why you would need the Aveli procedure. I love how well it addresses cellulite but you don’t have any. I personally think that would be an unnecessary add on cost to the procedure.

Your gluteal crease extends wider than half the width of your thighs. Liposuction will not solve your problem and may make it worse. What you do need is a butt lift. This can be done with a posterior incision that is concealed by a bathing suit or underwear. This will lift the buttocks higher and help decrease or eliminate the banana rolls completely.

Lipo of the banana rolls should only be done under local with the micro canulas and skin tightening devices such as quantum/bodytite/morpheusRF for best results. Your doc's experience is so important in this area. If he/she does calves/ankles/arms/inner thighs lipo with great results then they are usually qualified and are the right docs.

Thank you for posting your question here without an exam it will be hard to give you an accurate assessment but that being said I would say that it will depend on how much liposuction is done , fat in the banana roll gives support for the buttock and if over suctioned you lose that support , it will make your buttock longer and more saggy . It doesn't always happen but it is a risk and you should be aware of it.I hope this helps, best of luck!

Treating only the banana roll and not the buttock will have no effect on the buttock. However, the fat removal should be conservative because this is not a forgiving area. I would also suggest doing liposuction on your outer thighs and inner thighs as well. No liposuction should be done on the buttock, or it will sag and be flat.

Liposuction to the banana rolls must be done cautiously as you can lose support in that area and the buttocks can sag. Be sure that your surgeon is experienced and board certified. You may want to consider liposuction of the saddlebag and waist areas instead to help. shape the buttocks. You do appear to be a candidate for Aveli.
