I consulted with a board certified plastic surgeon regarding Avéli Cellulite and liposuction to my banana rolls. He stated that I was a good candidate for both, but did not advise of any potential sagging complications after the fact. Does it look as if I would be a good candidate to have the banana rolls lipo’d without major sagging of the buttocks/loose skin afterward?

Answer: Posterior butt lift Your gluteal crease extends wider than half the width of your thighs. Liposuction will not solve your problem and may make it worse. What you do need is a butt lift. This can be done with a posterior incision that is concealed by a bathing suit or underwear. This will lift the buttocks higher and help decrease or eliminate the banana rolls completely.
