Botched Arm Liposuction - I am looking for advice on my botched arm liposuction. I have contour irregularities, staining of the skin, and loose skin. Any advice or expertise is welcome.
Answer: Lipo results Dear self987, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Hard This is a hard one to answer without a good physical exam. Often times correcting overdone liposuction can involve surgery, fat grafting renuvion or some combos of all the above. Whatever you decide on have a good upfront conversation with your surgeons and make sure to have realistic expectation of what will happen. Most likely 100% fix will not be possible but likely a good improvement in the quality of your arm can be achieved in experienced hands.

Answer: Liposuction I'm sorry for the issues you are having since your arm liposuction. A revision will be needed to help improve the contour. An exam is best to determine if you are a candidate for J Plasma to tighten the skin, or if excision is needed. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Revision Thank you for posting your question here!my answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided , for a detailed and personalized plan please consult with your plastic surgeon in person.I am sorry that you have to deal with those issues , Even though liposuction might sound like an easy procedure to perform but there are a lot of nuances to it and correcting liposuction complications is not an easy thing to do. you will likely need a liposuction revision to redistribute the fat to cover the contour irregularities and for any loose skin , you might require skin tightening device to help contract the loose skin .I hope this helps, best of luck

Answer: The Best Option For You! HelloYou have elastosis in your skin, and its quality is quite low. If Vaser hasn’t been used, removing fat from the outer arm can already cause depressions. If skin tightening treatments (such as Renuvion J Plasma or Bodytite) haven’t been added, the skin will remain loose. Given your current condition, I would recommend PLA injections or fat injections for the depressions.
