Hi! I'm 5'8, 150ish lbs, no kids 18-24 years old. The only time my stomach is at my ideal size is when I'm very skinny and then I don't enjoy how the rest of my body looks. I eat 90% clean and weight lift regularly so please don't suggest that. I want nice hourglass proportions and the size of my butt isn't really a big issue..would I be better off getting a BBL or just lipo to abs+back+flanks. Price wise what really is the difference? Thank you!
Answer: Liposuction Alone vs BBL? Thank you for your question and photos. Liposuction alone can be done, but you will not even get close to your posted wish pictures. A BBL cannot be done without liposuction, since by definition, a Brazilian Butt Lift is shaping and enlargement of the buttocks with fat transfer which is obtained by liposuction. The abdominal wish photo views, show a nice Champagne line (depression in the upper abdominal midline) and semilunar lines (definition between the oblique muscles as they join the lateral rectus muscle), thus creating a youthful, sexy abdomen. I use the VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 technique to achieve this muscle revealing results. The whole back needs to be liposuctioned as well, including the upper back, lateral chest wall, waist, hips and lower back fat pad to give you the curves you posted in your wish photos. To get close to the definition of the waist in the wish pictures, the VASER technique allows sculpting down to the muscle fascia (tough tissue enveloping the muscles). Answer: Liposuction Alone vs BBL? This is really up to you. Liposuction can result in dramatic improvement, but fat transfer can be used to improve shape and proportion instead of just making the buttocks appear larger.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Based on the photos, maybe no BBL You have posted photos of women who are very, very thin. Your buttocks size and shape is quite good for your body dimensions. Good liposuction of your hip rolls, lower back, abdomen, and thighs would help you meet your goals. This would help define and enhance your buttocks. Minimal fat transfer to your buttocks for some shape improvement would be helpful, but you probably don't want a major volume increase (the women in the posted photos have fairly small, but well defined, buttocks). In person consultation is best to answer these questions in detail.

Answer: BBL or Lipo Based on the photographs and wish picks, consider a tummy tuck, liposuction, and BBL. Otherwise, you will not be able to obtain the waistline and curves of the wish picks will not be obtainable.
