I have a bbl surgery 4 weeks ago , but I still swollen a lot and my garment is making me like a scar in the side and back , that appears not to going away, can I foam helps me with that

Thank you for your question and photos. Yes, an inappropriate garment which is not based on your measurements can lead to creasing which might not go away. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. I prefer to use Epifoam in the lower back, abdomen and flanks to prevent unnatural creasing. I place these inside the garment on postop day one and have my patients wear these for about 4 weeks. You are a month out, some scarring already happened. I would advise massage of these areas to loosen or break up scarring, not to leave you with permanent creasing. Good luck with healing.

Good afternoon. Thanks for your question. Yes, if your compression garment is too lose, in most of the cases can cause you dents, to reduce them or get rid of them, you can add some compression under your garment in the areas affected, or you can get a smaller faja adding also compression.

Hi, if compression isn't even then sometimes compression can leave temporary dents. That's typically because of swelling and it should resolve when you move the compression to incorporate those areas that are fuller. All the best in your recovery!Dr. BlaggAustin, TX
