How much does a fat transfer to hips and butt cost?

Im 5'3 and weigh around 148 im flat like a wall literally, how much could it cost to get fat transfer to both hips and butt? would it be possible to achieve an hourglass figure in one operation?

Great question!  Yes the hourglass figure can be achieved in one operation.  The procedure includes liposuction that will sculpt the torso while the fat injection will create more volume and fullness to the buttocks.  The cost will range from provider to provider but I would say about 8-10K depending on how many areas of liposuction and how big the areas are.Best of luck and hope this information helps!- Dr. Roger Tsai  @DrRogerTsai

Fat transfer results vary patient to patient no matter shape or size. Your particular stats of 140 lbs at 5'3' seems like you will have some fat to transfer.....but may not be enough to give you the result you might be looking for. I would ask your PS to go over volumes he thinks he might be able to place in the 4 areas you are mentioning and see how that compares to some of the numbers youve seen on the internet. I would be shooting for 500cc or more per  side so you can see a difference. You will not have enough left after the first procedure to go back for another FT procedure. At this point he could offer you a buttocks implant for more projection in that area. I have done this numerous time with great and patient satisfied resluts.

The pricing on BBL or buttock augmentation using autologous fat transfer is highly variable from region to region, market to market and surgeon to surgeon. Depending on the degree of work performed (donor sites harvested, volume processed, volume grafted) fees can be upwards of $10,000.It is important to understand both the limits of the operation and the limits of anatomy. An "hourglass figure" is often times not only a function of fat distribution but also underlying bony and muscular anatomy. Fat can be used to accentuate underlying curves or alternatively liposuction can be used to uncover them.Additionally, fat transfer volumes will diminish over time in the post operative period. Graft survival is generally expected to be in the vicinity 50%. Thus the greater volume desired the greater the likelihood of the need for repeat grafting at a second procedure. This also means that patients must have the available fat reserves for harvest and donation.As always, discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon.
