I got malar and mandibular angle implants placed, the left side implants got INFECTED. Now I'm a bit skepetic about the MEDPOR material, since is porous and it has a higher risk of retaining infection, so SHOULD I go ahead take them all out and REPLACE them in the future with TITANIUM implants??, or wait with half my face different and get new medpor implants? (I don't even consider silicon implants anymore since I had a chin implant that cause severe damage to my bone)

You have a combination receding chin and excess fat deposit under the chin which often runs in the family. You would be a great candidate for a sliding osteotomy to advance your chin and submittal lipectomy to remove the excess fat from the different layers of the neck under direct vision...
If you did your nose first, and followed with the chin, you may get your tender nose banged up a bit during a chin implant procedure, especially if its done through an intra oral route. If you did your chin first, there is little likelihood that the chin would be traumatized...
Once the implant is in its appropriate location, normal movements of the tongue, jaw and lips will not dislodge an well positioned implant. In fact, I have patients who practice martial arts and their implant stays where we placed it.
