I have a chin implant. It's too round and makes my face too wide. What to do? (Photo)

I had a medium flowers mandibular glove placed 7 weeks ago (dec 15) and submental fat removed. I liked my frontal view, but my profile was deficient. discussed that I wanted to keep my chin narrow as possible with no change in shape frontal view. I can't smile! My lower lip won't go down. I'm a dental hygienist and My smile is my favorite feature I had. Should I remove or is there one that would be a better option? I just want my smile back, even if I have to go back to my little chin.
