Can my uneven alarplasty results be revised? (photo)

I had an alarplasty and ended up with uneven nostrils. I asked my provider about a revision and she said due to my facial structure, one side is lower than the other causing asymmetry. She mentioned there is nothing that can be done to fix it due to my anatomy. Is this true? Should I look for a second opinion for this another revision?
