Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision Rhinoplasty in order to help straighten your mid vault and nasal tip. Tip refinement would also help at the same time. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. A revision rhinoplasty is going to be required to improve your nose. It appears that you have an inverted V deformity present worse on one side than the other. This will require osteotomy placed in the nasal bones to narrow and straighten them, in addition to a cartilage spreader graft placed underneath the inverted upper lateral cartilages on both sides. It's very important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of your nose for grafting purposes. Your nasal tip can be refined as well. A copy of the operative report would also be helpful to understand what maneuvers were accomplished in the first procedure. Best to seek out a rhinoplasty specialist.
