What can be done to correct crooked and thin nasal bone? (photos)

Question

I thought we had come to an understanding about what I wanted done but the root and bridge of my nose are still crooked. The side of my nose is still in the middle. So at first glance may be deceived to think that is the midline. I had wanted the sides moved out too so not as high and narrow and also not crooked.Maybe grafting was done because the basic structure seems to be the same. How can we fix this? I need the bridge sides moved outward and straightened.

Hello and thank you for your question. The most important information to know is how long after surgery you are? If you are still early from surgery, a lot of this is likely just due to the swelling and you should continue steroid injections with your surgeon. If you are further out, then a surgical intervention may be warranted. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
