I had a revision rhinoplasty done about two years ago. Everyday since, my nose has been filled with bloody mucus. It dries up and gets painful. When I blow the dried bloody mucus out, it triggers it to start bleeding again (not gushing, but bleeding enough inside the nose canals). I’m not quite sure what to do, and my doctor isn’t easy to get in touch with nor did he think it was a big deal when I brought it up to him a few months after the surgery.
