Surgeon's fees are based on the value of their time and value they feel is warranted.  The fee quoted seems a bit high for Facetite and perhaps was bundled with several other procedures.  Best Anil Shah

That is a bit difficult to answer.  The upper end of facetite for the lower face and neck is probably $7500 to $10000.  Perhaps something else like Fractora was offered as well.

Since a surgeon is able to charge their own price for their services and is unlikely for these procedures to be covered under insurance, the price can be higher than expected. That being said, if you feel that you are being charged too much I would recommend seeking out other surgeons in the area for their pricing. Obviously costs may vary from one region to another. There may also be other factors that I am unaware of in your exact situation, but the price seems high.  As you can see from the RealSelf platform, the average cost may range from 4500-7000.  
I would encourage you to ask questions, continue with your research and make an informed decision.  The technology is incredible and offers great results with minimal downtime, no scarring and minimal discomfort.

Fractora is usually done in conjunction to this procedure which adds to the total price. The cost can vary depending on where you live. The usual cost range is anywhere from 3,500-6,000. It appears that they want to do other treatments on you which likely increased your cost.

I am sorry your excitement for this procedure was dulled by a high price tag. That number seems more typical of a facelift. This procedure achieves 60-70 percent of the results of a facelift and can often be done in less than half the time. The machine itself is very expensive (think Ferrari), and so is liposuction equipment, so low-volume centers must charge more than high-volume centers where cost-sharing might occur. At our Newport Beach center, we have 1 surgeon using the machine and charge $5995-7995 depending on the patient's goals and extent of treatment. In other parts of the country, the price might be lower.

As you likely are aware each physician generates their own fees for these procedures.  I appreciate your concern for this cost which is very high (as noted in previous posts and through my own research). Since it seems that the "package" they quoted did not seem worth $14,000 then I would certainly not proceed. I am not sure it included a quote for the procedure to address your skin tones but that would likely be IPL (I use Lumecca). Even with that included, I would certainly get another opinion and cost. Then once you are comfortable with what you think it is worth...go for it!  Good luck.

Facetite is a great procedure for the right candidates.  I currently charge between $3500-$5500 depending upon if liposuction and how extensive the neck work will be if doing both the face and neck.  Additional fees may apply if other procedures and injections are being performed.   Results should last close to 3-4 years, and we are seeing about 60% of the result of a surgical facelift as I also perform surgical facelift.  Cosmetic surgeons can charge what they want depending upon their experience, reputation, local area market costs, competition, and other factors.  Seek another opinion with a highly qualified surgeon with a great local reputation and experience.  Best regards.
