Concern after Facetite/necktite procedures (lipo with radio frequency tightening). Will I have permanent deformity? (Photo)

Nanofat injections can fill in areas that are depressed or Kybella can reduce fat above the area.
A facelift with contouring of the other fat can be useful.  I agree that only minimal treatments with fat or Kybella should be used until contraction is complete.  Another alternative is to have your doctor use a hyalouronic filler substance during the waiting period to fill in some of he areas on a temporary basis until ready to do other treatments.

I would recommend you followup with your surgeon to see if they recommend any treatment to address your concerns. While you must wait for swelling to resolve entirely, fat grafting can be performed to correct a contour irregularity like what you are showing. 

I'm sorry about your side effects. Firstly, I would suggest a follow up with your physician who performed the procedure. There is a possibility that a second opinion may be helpful in your case as well. Hope this helps!

Hi, it appears that you have loss of some tissue that is likely permanent however I would give it additional time (6 months-1 year) for the skin tightening results to be complete before performing any additional procedures. The skin tightening effect takes more time. You may consider a face lift or fat grafting to your cheek.

Thank you for submitting pictures with your question. FaceTite is a very effective treatment for combined skin tightening and fat reduction. Unfortunately, in your case the jowls & certain areas on your lower face appear to have been over treated. The skin is tighter and there is less fat in the depressed areas. Continue to follow up with your surgeon. The skin continues to tighten for up to 1 year after a FaceTite treatment. It is difficult to determine exactly what is going on without comparing your pre-FaceTite photos to the ones that you submitted today. I would recommend returning back to your physician that performed the FaceTite procedure so they can perfom a thorough examination on you and provide a better explanation as to what may be going on. Could be a combination of scarring, fat loss, swelling, etc. 

I would recommend a second opinion from a Facial Plastic Specialist. You will need to wait between 8-12 months after surgery to see what is the final results are and then plan for the future if needed.Hope this helps,Dr. Gus Diaz
