Getting buccal fat pad removal and submittal liposuction and skintite was well worth it. It really slimmed down my face, and my jawline is more defined. I highly suggest getting radio frequency skin tightening along with liposuction since your skin stays firm during these changes. Dr. Zelken is a gem and so is his staff. I was considering a chin implant and learned about buccal fat pad removal.
