I’m only one day post-op, but I already feel confident enough to share my experience so far because it has truly exceeded my expectations. For as long as I can remember, my arms and hip dips have been my biggest pain points. I genuinely feel like I was genetically cursed with big arms and noticeable hip dips — and the older I got, the more defined the hip dips became. No matter what I did, those areas never changed the way I wanted them to. When I worked out consistently, my arms only got bulkier, and it started making me feel more masculine than toned. Eventually, I stopped trying to “build” them and let them become fat and flabby instead, because big and bulky wasn’t the look I wanted either. One of the biggest reasons I chose AirSculpt is because I truly did not want to go under anesthesia, and I also didn’t want to deal with additional permanent scars. I wanted results, but I wanted a safer and more minimally invasive option — and AirSculpt checked every box for me. After consulting with Dr. Hanz, he was extremely transparent and honest about what would and wouldn’t work for my body. He explained that my arms were more skin than fat, meaning there wasn’t enough fat in my arms to successfully transfer to my hip dips. Instead of overselling me, he came up with a real plan that made sense and addressed my goals. He recommended using my other stubborn fat area — my inner thighs — for the fat transfer needed to correct the hip dips. What I appreciated most was his clear communication, transparency, and confidence. He didn’t make unrealistic promises — he provided facts, options, and a plan. As far as the procedure and aftercare: top tier service and care, hands down. And the part that shocked me the most: my pain level is literally 0 out of 10. The only thing I feel is a little soreness — honestly like I finished a workout. That alone is worth mentioning because I expected it to be much worse. Even with normal swelling, I can already see results, but I want to wait until the swelling goes down to provide the most accurate review possible. I’ll be updating this post with more details and pictures as I recover, but as of today I’m extremely happy with my decision and grateful I chose AirSculpt.

Great experience and love the results! Staff are wonderful and Dr. Hanz was beyond great. Provided a lot of education and explained what to expect step by step. I did a lot of research, went back & forth, then ultimately decided I’m worth it and scheduled my procedure.

Amazing experience with both Dr. Hanz and Amy. Had Halo performed by Amy - provided thorough understanding of what the procedure was and the outcome was smooth, youthful skin. I’d recommend it 100%.

Had the worst experience with Amy Sanders at this practice. She did the Halo laser procedure on me and had the settings so high that she scarred over 65% of my face. My skin was burned. I wanted my skin to look good for the holidays and for an upcoming wedding. But instead I had to avoid all social gatherings including the wedding as no amount of make up (I spent hundreds of dollars on make up) was concealing the huge patches of dark reddish brown she negligently created. I had to work with a dermatologist, again, spending thousands of dollars to correct Amy Sanders neglectful work. I am still recovering from the emotional and mental anguish. She is the worst person to trust your skin with. Be very very wary of her ability to perform any procedure. Amy Sanders is incompetent and unprofessional. Updated on 17 Mar 2024: Hydroquinone removed the dark spots. Treatment took 6 weeks. I was initially really concerned about the spots and was upset. But now after the application of 10% Hydroquinone, I was able to see significant results in the skin discoloration that was initially caused, by the treatment.

I absolutely love Dr. Hanz and his staff. I have had two surgical procedures with Dr. Hanz and I’m 100% satisfied!! Also, Amy is great with injections. The new location is so convenient and beautifully done. Highly recommend!!

I had laser resurfacing (using Cartessa Tetra CO2 laser) to my face and chest with Dr Hanz. I owned a tanning salon for years and my sun damage was horrible. I thought this could help. I was shocked at how it removed 90-95% of the sun spots and freckles. Also diminished the “leathery” looking skin on my chest. My friends are all in disbelief of how good I look now!

Highly recommend Dr. Hanz and his staff. They were so easy to work with and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Hanz was upfront with expectations. I was very nervous going in and his nurses made me feel so at ease. Even during the procedure, Dr. Hanz made me feel comfortable. Post op was much easier than expected. I was sore for a few days and did have some bruising as expected. But ibuprofen was all I needed. 3 months out, results are everything I was hoping for.

I've always struggled with losing unwanted fat and weight in my love handles, hips, and sides. I had researched so many procedure options and by far Airsculpt had the best results for the price+safety. My overall procedure and post care went great! I had very minimal swelling and I am over the moon with my results! I would recommend to anyone searching for permanent results and next to no down time involved. Also, Dr. Hanz was the best! I was pretty nervous going in, and they calmed me down and explained in detail everything the procedure entailed.

I’ve been researching different lipo procedures for the past few years, but after packing on 15 extra pounds during quarantine, I finally chose AirSculpt! The scheduling process was as well As can be expected during a global pandemic lol but Juan was a total sweetheart and took care of me. I’m only 2 full days post opp, and I’m already BLOWN AWAY by my results!!! I’m still super swollen, but the difference already is staggering. It’s totally worth the pain and the price, just based on what I’m seeing already! Dr. Hanz was a total professional and is obviously very good at what he does!!! I told him that I missed my hour glass figure, and it looks like that’s exactly what he gave me! As for the pain, YES it hurts afterwards. The first day was rough, but not unbearable. I had my entire abdomen done, so I’m sure that’s part of why I’m so sore. I was up mopping and doing light cleaning around my house the next day, and probably should have rested more. The numbness is the strangest part as of now, but again, the results so far are worth it! I’ll update with weekly pics! If your considering AirSculpt, schedule with Dr. Hanz ASAP! Updated on 2 Oct 2020: I’m at the end of day 10, and the swelling is FINALLY going down! It started to swell around day 3, and it got BAD before it got better. Honestly, the swelling bothered me more than the pain! It was just super uncomfortable In general! HOWEVER, I’m already so excited to see my progress and it’s only just begun!!! I asked Dr Hanz to give me my hour glass shape back and it’s looking like he did just that. I’m still swollen, and I’ve started getting hard lumps in my lower abs which is normal from what my nurse says. She told me to begin massaging and they will eventually go away on their own. Needless to say, I can’t wait to continue seeing progress! I’ll post 2 week pics soon. Updated on 5 Oct 2020: I’m finally at the 2 week mark and feeling really good! The swelling is continuing to go down, and that definitely helps with sleeping and being more comfortable. I’m very happy with what I’m seeing so far, and I know it will only continue to get better! I’ve developed some post-lipo lumps in my lower abdomen that freaked me out, but that’s normal according to my nurse. They are really hard, and they said massages and time will knock them out. I the I went ahead and sent her these pics just to make sure they aren’t too big, since one covers over half of my lower ab! Other than that, everything is rocking along! I’ll post 30 day pics in two more weeks.
