I like the tightening aspect of facetted but not the fat destroying properties of the procedure. I have already had liposuction under my chin but have some loose skin on one side only. I have been told not to get rid of anymore fat in my neck. My central neck is tighter than the side of my neck so i don't want face tight in this area. Is it possible to only apply facetite to one side of the neck and how much fat is expected to be lost with it?

Answer: Facetite Treatment of the Lower Face Hi and thanks for the question. It is absolutely possible to do select areas of FaceTite on the face. The customization can be tailored to your particular needs and concerns. Regarding the amount of fat destruction, the depth of the probe and energy settings will determine how much fat is destroyed. For people with little fat, it is certainly possible to focus on skin tightening and less so on fatty emulsification. The skin tightening is typically supplemented with a Fractora treatment which is performed directly after the FaceTite procedure. Answer: Face Tite Thank you for this excellent question. The Face Tite (as well as Body Tite) might be considered as adjuncts to liposuction. In other words, the situation you describe will respond nicely to Face Tite. The treatment of the fibrous septae is the key component producing the tightening. There is some additional tightening in the dermis as well. Fractora and/or Forma may also work.
