If I could choose one doctor to trust with my surgery again, I would choose Dr.V over and over again. A little over a year to my septorhinoplasty and I cannot put into words how much I love my new nose.
He is fabulous! He is so knowledgeable and an excellent doctor. I have been a patient for 10 years and would trust him implicitly to just do what I needed and never overdue so the outcome is very natural looking! I am in my 70’s but Dr V helps me look and feel younger !
It’s the day after my procedure, something i only Decided on doing a month ago after years of struggling to balance my body shape. After 2 kids and having gotten down to my goal weight of 125 lbs my upper body is way too skinny and my lower half remains flabby. I could never target and lose the weight on my lower belly and thighs through diet and exercise. I know the fashion these days is curvy big butts but i personally always dreamed of a long lean ‘french’ figure and to be able to wear tight clothes without needing Spanx and feeling bottom heavy. As i lay here recuperating having taken the latest dose of oxycodone i can’t quite believe it’s done! Make no mistake. The aftermath so far is incredibly Painful! Maybe i have a low pain threshold but getting in and out of bed and needing to pee etc is a real ordeal so far. I’m also strapped into my compression garment which is lined with padding so have no idea what i even look like underneath yet. I had my lower abdomen, flanks and inner and outer thighs ‘sculpted’ so that’s quite a few sore spots to contend with at once. I’m aware the first few days will be tough and just hope i turn a corner tomorrow and notice the pain reduce a little at least. Excited to be on the other side of the surgery and on the road to recovery now. Dr Vallecillos has been amazing through this whole experience so far and i cannot wait to see the results. Stay tuned for pics when i have some! Updated on 13 Feb 2021: It’s been a week since having my Vaser Lipo 360 and wow it’s been 100% more intense than i anticipated! I went from taking the Oxycodone to Tylenol after 2 days because it was making me loopy so I’ve had to deal with pretty intense discomfort. Perhaps i have a low pain threshold but it’s impossible to confirm that and from reading a lot of reviews on here first it seems other people experienced less discomfort than i have. I didn’t have any drains fitted after the surgery, Dr Vallecillos said they rarely need to use them and i was relieved since the idea of them worried me a little! For the first few days you feel SO fragile and sore the thought of having tubes attached to holes in me was not appealing. I did have a huge build up of fluid on my back which has been the main source of pain and thankfully after visiting the doctor yesterday he numbed the area, painlessly extracted a lot of fluid and today i feel like a new woman. Unfortunately i still have a lot of padding under my compression garment so look stiff and large in my clothes but am confident over the next week i will be able to remove them and size down a garment. I also had the small stitches removed from the incisions (also painless) but i did almost pass out when my compression garment was removed as i stood up to have this done. I’ve read about this happening but never imagined it actually would. Fortunately they rushed me some fruit juice, sat me down and i was fine. Wow. This process is a LOT. And I’m so happy to be in less pain now and looking forward to the next week or two being over. I’m not usually one to wish time away but I’d say recovery from procedures definitely makes time move extra slow! Will post photos when i can take some. And will keep updating progress since i think i will forget all this once it’s over! Updated on 4 Mar 2021: Ok so it’s been 4 weeks since i had the Vaser 360 and i am almost entirely pain free now. I still have numbness on my inner and outer thighs and a little on my stomach. I am stiff and achey but i wouldn’t call it painful anymore. The bruising has almost completely disappeared and the incisions are healing nicely. The ones under my buttocks are uncomfortable since those are the ones that get sat on the most! I have had fluid drained from my back 3 times since the procedure and i think it is all gone now. Hard to tell what is fluid and what is swelling. I definitely look more petite and my clothes from before fit comfortably but I’m excited to shrink completely to my new size over the next couple of months. I’m also keen to start exercising again and will ask the doc tomorrow when it will be safe to do so. I’ve stayed away from salty foods, been drinking loads of water and am wearing the compression garment 24/7 except for taking it off to shower. I’m doing everything i can to keep the swelling under control and all the above seems to be working! Definitely past the hard part thank goodness. Having ultrasound massage once a week to break up a few hard places and bumps but it’s relaxing not painful at all. That’s my update so far!
Dr. Vallecillos performed surgery on me in November . He took excellent care of me and the surgery was as painless as it could be. I feel great and I would and do recommend him to anyone contemplating cosmetic surgery. He is the top in his field and trust him completely. Sande Berman
I ended up seeing Ana, a nurse in the practice. She did my Botox and she was EXCELLENT. Great bedside manner, honest, sweet and did not oversell me on any products or procedures. I appreciated her gentle touch when she administered the Botox. Pretty office and a very nice receptionist as well. I will certainly be back!
I went for a consultation for lipo, tummy tuck, and BBL with a friend who recommened and talk so highly about Dr V and his professionalism . I would like to share with everyone that my experience was amazing I found that Dr. V is very patient, honest, and really cares about his patients. I love that he took his time to answer my concerns and fears about surgery. I have worked in a medical private practice before for 10 years and I know the importance of great patient care and high caliber. Although my procedure was pricey and one day hope to go back for my procedures I would still recommend Dr V. and his team. I think if there is anyone out there looking for a great plastic surgeon who has all the qualifications but is also looking for someone to trust please call Dr V. office you wont regret it. Good luck!!!!!

I'm a professional woman. Successful and sought after in my line of work, much like Dr. Vallecillos. Sometimes in life we question who we are and what we want to be come? I was thinking about this question and decided to talk with a plastic surgeon. I'm very happy with who I am, but knew I could be better. I made an appointment with Dr. Vallecillos to discuss a butt lift. Needless to say He IS AMAZING!!!!!! He made me look and feel better than ever. My butt is beautiful, full and lifted. He is so exact in his surgical procedures that my results were perfect. He made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and never made me feel stupid or egotistical. I'm going back for some facial injections and I would ONLY trust Dr. Vallecillos to touch my face. I normally do not write reviews, but this time is different. I want to let as many people as possible know about my experience with Dr. Vallecillos and his kind professional office staff. If you are thinking about any type of plastic surgery or facial injections, I can't emphasize enough to call his office, make an appointment, and have the best plastic surgery experience you'll ever have. HE IS FABULOUS!
I went to 12 Plastic Surgeons for consultations. After my consultation with Dr. Vallecillos, I knew he was the right surgeon for me. He took ample time to explain the pros and cons of each surgery that I was a candidate for (because of my twins). I was also, considering getting Lipo however, he indicated that I would be fine with CoolSculpting and get similar results without surgery, saving me over $5K.
Yes, abdominal etching can be performed on postmenopausal women. However, it is important to note that individual medical conditions and the presence of underlying health issues should be taken into consideration before undergoing any cosmetic procedure. It is recommended to consult with a qualified plastic surgeon who can assess your specific case and advise on whether abdominal etching is appropriate for you.
1. Filler that got dissolved: If you had filler and got it dissolved, it is very important that you got all of that filler dissolved completely. If you had already had more than one session (of dissolving) it may be prudent to get an MRI to determine if any of the filler is still present or if there is another concern. 2. Not a great candidate for surgery: Are you "not a great candidate for surgery" due to an underlying medical condition? If you are "not a great candidate for surgery" due to reasons that could be treated; please begin to make those changes for the betterment of your health and quality of life; I'm recommending that you make those changes because surgery would be the only option that would completely remedy the "malar festoons" that you've developed. 3. Options: Non-invasive options: Getting treated with a Radio Frequency Assisted Laser (RFAL) would improve the lines to a certain degree. I would recommend fillers, but considering your recent dissolving, it seems best avoided. I recommend (if you're not already) to begin using sunscreen in the morning (or before you go-out) and avoid substances that age you such as smoking, drinking, and sugars (fruit and natural sugars are fine to a certain extent) as much as possible. It's essential that you begin checking ingredients when shopping for sunscreens and for your food/beverages. Sadly due to lack of regulation in America (unlike other countries) we have many aging, disease causing, toxins and hazardous chemicals and "ingredients" in our food, household products, on our clothes, and nearly every other product. Please research and make the best choices for your own health.
The cause of your mid-face and jowl sagging is due to the loss of facial volume that used to hold your skin in its previous "taut" fashion. As we age we lose skeletal, fat, and muscle volume in our face The reason for my header being "The best long-term result would actually be invasive: Facial Fat Transfer combined with RF lasers" is because facial fat transfer WILL be more cost-effective in the long term and it's more natural because it's your own fat; compared with fillers. If you decide to not go down the facial fat transfer route, fillers will be your next best thing. Regardless of what route you choose; you will need to "fill" the mid-face hollowness first AND THEN tackle skin tightening. If you don't have a skin-care routine it's essential that you begin one. Having a tried and true skin care routine will increase the quality (tightness, look and feel, texture, tone, moisture, and smoothness) of your skin and the higher quality of your skin the better the results of nearly EVERY aesthetic treatment you get and the better you'll heal for anything invasive. If you're absolutely set on the " best least invasive procedures" for the results you desire I'd recommend sticking to injectables and RFAL lasers.
The order of operations you should take to address your lower face sagging is above. But let me expand below: *NOTE* You're very young and because of that you should only consider more invasive treatments and invasive treatments (Steps 3 & 4) once you're older and actually need them. At your age aesthetics is generally more about prevention than anything else. 1. Skin Care and Diet: Getting a complete and legitimate skin care regiment (making sure ingredients and effectiveness is at a quality level that you're comfortable with and desire) is very important for how your skin will age (gracefully like wine or stinky like cheese). Diet will literally make or break your mood, skin quality, results, and so much more. You truly are what you eat. I recommend noting how certain foods make you feel and staying away from anything that causes inflammation (or at least only consume those foods sparringly) such as fried food, processed foods, any sugar that's not from fruit, and if applicable, any foods that cause inflammatory responses for you personally. If you get both skin-care and diet on point, you are already ahead of majority of people on earth in terms of self-care. 2. Non-Invasive: Radio Frequency Assisted Lasers (RFAL) & Micro needling will be able to give you better skin texture and tone while tightening your skin. In our office, we would use Morpheus8 to tighten your skin and Fraxel or Clear & Brilliant to address skin clarity and texture while treating un-seen sun damage. Micro-needling works wonders for building collagen and the overall texture of your skin; smoothing out your skin tone. 3. More invasive treatments The next degree to consider would be something more invasive such as FaceTite, Threads, and Renuvion JPlasma, all of these methods will tighten your face from deep layers within your skin. 4. Invasive Treatments It is not worth expanding on this because you're simply too young and do not require invasive treatment. Something that you might want to put on your radar for the future is "buccal fat removal", as removing those fat pads will create a "slimmer" and "tighter" looking face that takes off the "rounding" of those who get the procedure done.
REMEMBER: Always take your time deciding on who will be your provider and on what treatment you end up getting. That means talking extensively with potential providers and getting consultations until you feel completely safe and secure with your final decision. From the photos it seems like you take good care of your skin. Having a legitimate skincare routine is step no.1 when considering any aesthetic treatment; invasive or non-invasive. When it comes to your concerns of "my sagging cheeks, nasolabial folds, and beginning marionette lines" and achieving a "tighter and more lifted look": Buccal fat removal would make your face less rounded and give it that "pulled" look you're going for. But the best results would be achieved with buccal fat removal in conjunction with RFAL's such as Fraxel (for skin quality and texture) and Morpheus 8 (for skin tightness and tone). If you're really serious, you may also want to consider FaceTite and Renuvion J Plasma on your face, because this will drastically tighten your skin from the inner-layers of the skin, but it's not as common for practices to have as Fraxel and Morpheus 8. Fraxel and Morpheus 8 are much more less invasive than Renuvion J Plasma and FaceTite. Filler and botox is an option for a lift effect but this will only be achieved with an experienced injector who was able to produce your desired results before (it's essential that you see as many before and afters as possible if you decide to take this route).
