Dropped tip and lost nasal projection 4 months after rhinoplasty. Is this my mistake or the surgeons? (Photos)

About 4 months ago I underwent an open rhinoplasty including an osteotomy to fix a bump and elevated the tip. It was great until I was elbowed in the nose by my mom on accident, it hurt swelled up and I got a nose bleed. After that it hasn’t been the same, to add I also continued taping for 3 months which was a mistake on my part and I feel it weakened my tip and partook in my nose tip dropping. My nose dropped a lot with less projection, my tip is less defined and I’m disappointed.
