Is the incision for my septorhinoplasty healing correctly? (photo)

Hi Doctors I just want to know if this looks like normal healing? To me it doesn’t seem straight and there is a bulge on top of the incision so it doesn’t feel “flush”. Will this heal in time or will I need a revision you think? I’m 8 weeks post op. Thanks

The dent is due to lack of cartilage in that area. Ideally would would benefit from a cartilage graft there. Fillers can sometimes be problematic in that area and can result in damage to the skin and tissues of the nose making the situation even worse.
