After a dorsal  hump reduction, proper nasal bone re-positioning is paramount.  If not done properly, it can result in poorly defined broad looking bridge, the so called "open roof" deformity.  Seek out a rhinoplasty expert for an in person evaluation.  You might be better served with corrective nasal bone surgery rather than simply "replacing" the hump.
