It has been 6 months since my rhinoplasty and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Finn and his team are amazing!! The initial consultation really stood out for me; Dr. Finn took the time to take photos, map out the proportions of my face, and walk me through suggestions that would be the most natural fit. He also took a lot of my own goals and opinions into consideration, which really made me comfortable with what the end results would look like. This was my first surgery and the nursing staff made me feel so comfortable on the day of. The office also proactively schedules check-up appointments during the first few months of recovery. All-in-all it has been a great experience, my results look and feel so natural, would 100% recommend Dr. Finn to anyone in the area!

I was approaching 50 years old and my face was showing signs of aging with sagging skin on my face and neck. I had been very self-conscious of my nose for a long time and finally decided to get a couple consultations. As soon as I walked into the office I felt comfortable. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and down to earth. I never felt like I was being aggressively sold a product or service (my first consultation was a train wreck). I was nervous to meet the actual dr but he was incredibly caring. Dr. Finn truly listened, asked me questions and took the time to show me many before and after pictures to give me a great idea of what we could do. We also took 3D pictures directly beforehand and he showed me the science on what would be ideal for my face. I’m a little over a week-pre op and I would recommend him to anyone. A couple months ago I went to see Dr. Finn for a consultation to have my deviated septum fixed along with having a hump removed and to give my nose a more natural look. I researched doctors for months before making consultation appointments. After hours and hours of research, I just couldn’t find any doctor that for one had good reviews with no serious bad ones but for two, that their “after” pictures all looked super natural with little to no scaring besides Dr. Finn. My first appointment was in December and as soon as I met with Dr. Finn and his staff I just knew that was where I wanted to have my surgery. When I met Dr. Finn he didn’t rush through the consultation he showed me so many photos of noses that he had performed surgery on that were similar to mine. I ended up booking surgery that day for January 29th. I’m now 8 days post-op with phenomenal results already. If I had to choose Dr. Finn and his staff again I would choose them 1000 more times. If you’re thinking about going to this practice, do not hesitate! I promise you won’t regret it as I didn’t.

It always a pleasure to visit Dr. Finn’s office. I have the most contact with Kelly and she is a lovely, extremely competent person. She is one of the main reasons I keep returning for treatments. She is truly a joy to talk to, she takes her time when she is doing treatments and explains every step thoroughly. She also answers my endless questions on new products or new procedures that the practice might be exploring. I also like the fact that Dr. Finn will not advise you to do something that you don’t need just to generate business. That is also one of the reasons I keep returning to his practice.

Two weeks ago I drove from Washington, DC to Chapel Hill, NC to see Dr. Finn. I am 52 years old and I had never used botox, filler, etc. because I was worried about the pain, looking unnatural, spending too much money, etc. A friend of mine went to him and I LOVED theT results so I decided to drive 4 and a half hours to see him. I LOVE my results too. I look better but in a very natural way. Dr.Finn and his staff helped alleviate my concerns about the pain. They used numbing cream which helped and they used an ice technique to help take my mind off the needle. Dr. Finn's prices are better than any prices I have seen in The DMV. Dr. Finn went above and beyond...discussing with me my expectations and concerns as well as different options.
