Can my op still go ahead with low white blood cells & platelets before fleur de lis tummy tuck? & what can cause this?

im due to have a fleur de lis tummy tuck on 14/12/15 but my last 2 blood tests have shown my white blood cells & platelets to be low? waiting for 3rd blood test results as my anaesthetist is concerned?Can my op still go ahead? What can cause this? i dont feel unwell other than all my bones & joints seem to be hurting recently? I have no known illness and take no medication ..with my op only being 2weeks away im worried it wont go ahead? Please can somebody give me some advice thanks Marie
