What is this pimple looking thing in my belly button? (Photo)

It is difficult to say what that is without examining you in person. It may be some granulation tissue etc. I recommend you ask your surgeon to take a look at it and see if they have any recommendations.It is imperative that you seek the advice of a plastic

It is difficult to assess what the lesion is from the photo.  It may be a scar tissue or granulating tissue from suture.  Please ask your plastic surgeon to evaluate the lesion.Best regards.
