I just wanted to share my five star experience at the office of Dr. Gabbay. I was researching providers who perform Buccal fat removal. Originally, I was going to have it with another provider I consulted with. However, due to the other provider's consultant, I passed as it was difficult to coordinate with her. I actually became quite frustrated. Often practices don't realize that it's the full experience from start to finish, including ALL the staff that makes for a positive surgical journey.

I pressed on and found Dr Gabbay through research and was impressed with his before and after photos of the procedure. I proceeded with setting up a consultation. Melissa, reached out per my consult request. She was above and beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with getting the process started. When I went in person for my consultation, I was warmly welcome by the front staff as well as Melissa. When we went on back to meet with Dr Gabbay. We went over the procedure and he said I was in fact a candidate, which made me very confident as I had two other providers say that I was so I knew I would be in good hands. Upon finishing, I was able to immediately coordinate with Melissa putting a deposit down and scheduling a procedure date.

On a sidenote, I also have to thank Dr. Gabbay for his beyond caring and ethical values as a provider. I was unknowingly suffering from hypertension, which was figured out through taking my vitals many times and my BP was extremely high.
He referred me to a cardiologist promptly, and we both agreed it was in my best interest for me to get that treated before I underwent anymore procedures.
The entire staff, Melissa Kelly, Brooke and Gabby were all beyond helpful and accommodating, when having to move the schedule around a few times as we wanted full confirmed medical clearance before I underwent the procedure.
Finally, Once I was cleared, I went in for the buccal fat removal. I appreciate that Dr Gabbay took extra time before we went back to the OR and we went over expectations and was able to show him photos of examples of his patients that I really liked their results as well as comparing that to celebrities (not sure who did their surgery) that I thought had it done nicely and ones that I thought not so great. He is extremely knowledgeable with this procedure so he knew exactly the plan based on my anatomy and our final chat before getting started. Both his tech and OR nurse were super friendly and made me very comfortable. I got situated, numbed and next thing you know, 20 minutes later all set and done. There was literally no pain, just some pricks from the needle to initially numb it. But otherwise felt like going to the dentist for some thing routine. Even though I was swollen, which is of course to be expected I could already see the results peeking through, and I'm already extremely happy. I know that as I heal it will just get even better. A huge thank you to Dr Gabbay and his entire team for providing me with an incredibly wonderful experience from start to finish. Bravo !

I had lipo 360 with Dr. Gabbay in January of this year. Let me start by saying that Dr. Gabbay really cares about his work and his patients. Dr. Gabbay listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and was realistic with me about what I could expect. His work is beautiful and I am beyond thrilled with my results. Dr. Gabbay's staff are professional and lovely to work with. Everything about the procedure was clearly explained to me and all went smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Gabbay.

Dr. Gabbay did the impossible of restoring/upgrading my 3x child-bearing body with a tummy tuck and breast lift/implants. The man is a gifted, passionate, modern day Michelangelo! A true artist and excellent provider!
From start to end- Dr. Gabbay and his team were incredibly warm, compassionate, honest, professional, and prompt at tending to my every question and need!
Going into the surgery, I was definitely a Nervous Nelly and needy in the sense that I needed a lot of guidance/educating on some of the details/decision making aspects of the procedure. He and his team never made me feel like a pest and ALWAYS made themselves available to answer my questions and guide me through the process of planning the best artistic design for my specific anatomy. No cookie cutter procedure and all custom designed!
Surgery day went as well as one could hope! Recovery those first few days were ROUGH but Dr. Gabbay was so compassionate and thorough with his after care! He knew I was in pain and offered to drive to me for my first post op, he and his staff ALWAYS responded to my calls even after office hours, and when I experienced an unfortunate hiccup at 3 weeks post op- Dr. Gabbay dropped everything to provide me proper care through it!
I'm now 7 months post op and I couldn't be happier with the results! My boobs are firm and lifted, the headlights are facing forward again, my tummy is completely flat, tight, and contoured, and even my pubic area is lifted/tighter! (FYI ladies, not all surgeons address that nor are they as thoughtful/comprehensive in their craft!)
Dr. Gabbay has truly made such a positive difference in my life and hubby is appreciative too!

Beyond grateful for Dr. Gabbay and his staff. I had an amazing experience during all three steps of my procedure. He was very thorough during my initial consultation and my Pre-operative appointment. Surgery day went so smooth, the surgery staff was amazing and he had great bed side manner, and appreciated the call in the evening to check up on me.In the end and most important Dr. Gabbay provided exceptional results that came with little downtime. I love my results and will highly recommend him.

I’m a year out from my breast aug with Dr. Gabbay and am so happy I almost forgot to leave a much deserved review! I’m a nurse and first heard of Dr. Gabbay through my work. At the time I’d long been searching for a breast aug provider who I felt was fully transparent and prioritized patient safety. Plastic surgery is a unique field that combines business with medicine, which can lead the latter to be prioritized, but Dr. Gabbay maintains utmost integrity. He’s not speeding through 10 boob jobs a day, which I feel gave me the best pre-op experience, follow-up, and most importantly results! Dr. Gabbay was honest about what results to expect for my body and they were even better than anticipated. I went from the tiniest A cup to a D, and my boobs look proportional, but still have the wow factor ;) my asymmetry was improved to nearly nonexistent. Recovery was minimally painful, I didn’t need help after the day of surgery. I’m very active and have even continued rock climbing (with a great sports bra) after my surgery with no issues. Scars are minimal. If you have any questions or issues at all post-op, he’ll get you in for a free appointment and actually listen, while other surgeons sometimes brush post-op patients off. Dr. Gabbay is the real deal and a true gem in his field, I’d recommend him to anyone!

Im extremely happy I chose him for my breast augmentation.. I have never gotten any procedures done and the thought of it scared me but they made me feel so comfortable & calm all the way through.. I am so grateful for him and his team!! I’m in love with my results!!! Thank you guys so much for being so awesome????

Wanted to wait a year before putting a review on how my arm lift surgery results turned out. I do not regret it one bit. My arms use to be massive "aunty who cooks good"  type of arms. They were bigger than my entire body, so no matter how much weight i lost, my arms were bigger and had loose skin. Dr. Gabbay delivered and did exactly what i wanted. He did lipo on my arms to remove the fat cells as well as remove excess skin. Lipo on arms were done perfectly as i had no lumps or issues. I also did rolling on my arms and massages post surgery. The scars are not bad, but I'm currently working on reducing the appearance. I would take scars over big arms any day. I managed to loose 30lbs post surgery. My arms still look good and no loose skin. Dr. Gabbay and his team have good beside manners. They also responded to my concerns or emails during my recovery process right away.

I know no surgery will provide perfect symmetrical results. I do however notice my right arm slightly bigger. There is extra skin near the elbow area as well as extra skin on the upper arm. The left arm is perfect. The right amount of skin was removed. Scars look better and overall perfectly done. This is something i can live with for now or i might revise. I did notice the difference in size during my healing process but was told wait until swelling goes down. It is a little over a year now so the results i would say are more accurate.

Dr.Gabbay was a amazing! Love his team and the office. He is truly professional, respectful and his bedside manners are amazing! I had work on my outer side hips. I am so happy with the procedure, I had no pain after and was able to go on with my daily activities and loving my results. Thank you!

I finally made the decision to get breast reduction surgery after dealing with chronic intertrigo and did not want to take topical steroids for the rest of my life. I was a 32 DDD/F. I was referred to Dr. Gabbay through a friend who had the exact same procedure as me! She had a wonderful experience with him and was so happy with her results. I am always very thorough when making decisions in my life, and after I met with Dr. Gabbay the first time, I didn't even see another doctor! He is the Chief of Clinical Plastic Surgery at Cedars Sinai, and I knew I was in good hands. I am now one month post surgery! The entire office staff is so kind and welcoming and right there to answer any surgery concerns! They get back very fast and are always on top of things! Dr. Gabbay has the best bedside manner! He is so friendly and easy to talk to and very funny. He had actually had me laughing with his jokes a couple minutes before my surgery while he was mapping everything out. I was so grateful to feel that calm pre-surgery that I could laugh because I usually have bad anxiety! It was surprising to me that I didn't feel nervous, but I think his calm and confident demeanor helped me feel at ease. I have never had a surgery in my life and he answered every question I had. I had watched a lot of videos on YouTube about people recovering from breast reduction, and I had mentally prepared for something that was much different than what I actually experienced! The office recommended that I do a hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment the day prior to surgery and a couple times the week after if I could to help increase the oxygen in my blood! I am so glad they did as I believe it sped up my healing! My bruises healed so much faster. The surgery was so clean. No gauze, no drains. All I came home with was surgery tape on my incisions! I literally only took pain medication the first day, and then never again! I was absolutely shocked! I was up, walking around the day of surgery! I was expecting a lot of pain, but I can honestly say that was NOT the case at all! I was totally fine. I actually could not believe how little pain there was. Now I am 4 weeks out from my surgery and doing really well! And my breasts already look awesome! They actually did the DAY after surgery when I opened up my surgical bra for the first time! He really is a true artist with his work. Such delicate, precise, clean lines. Dr. Gabbay recommended lymphatic massage to help me stay on top of the swelling. He's incredibly proactive about the recovery process. This entire process has been a million times easier than I thought it would be and I honestly wish I would have considered doing this sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Gabby and his office staff and am very grateful that I had my surgery done by him! I do believe this will be life changing for me, and feel lucky to have had it done by one of the best doctors you could have.

Dr Gabbay is absolutely the best! I did my arm lipo+ renuvion and buccal fat removal with him and I couldn't be happier about the results.

He made me feel the most comfortable before during and after and all my questions post op were received with kindness and reassurance. Everyone that works with him is caring and knowledgeable as well.

If I ever have anything done again he is my go to doctor with his wealth of knowledge and humility, its truly been a joy and I have felt safe every step of the way.
