I am stuck between 375cc / 400cc / 425cc implants, I just don't want them to look too big, I'm a bit worried they'll look like coconuts. I've attached pictures of myself. Someone please advice me, I have no idea what size would be best with my body type. I do have a Bigger bottom half than top half, I have attached a picture of my bottom half aswell, just to show the difference. (Sorry for all the black/stickers, had to cover up all my tattoos)

Answer: Breast augmentation Thank you for your question. The decision on which implant size best meets your overall desired goals is one that is ultimately up to you. The best advice to help you decide which size will help you achieve your desired goals would be to schedule a consultation with board certified plastic surgeon. At the time of your consult you should be able to utilize sizer implants and visualize your goals. Then together with your surgeon you can create the surgical plan that will best help you achieve your overall desired look.Best regards,Dr. Lane F. Smith, MDPlastic SurgeonLas Vegas, NV

Answer: Concerned about size selection Thank you for the post and for the photographs. I appreciate your anxiety about implant size selection. Before getting into more specifics it is important to point out that the difference between 375 and 425 is a mere 13% difference in what amounts to a little more than a medicine cup of volume. If you have decided on that size range, don't let yourself get too stressed deciding between them. It really depends on the look you are trying to achieve. If I had to offer an opinion, I think that size range would "fit" your body well. You should expect to have an excellent result! In my practice, I ask patients to bring in goal photos of the "look" theyre trying to achieve. I also use in-bra sizers and 3D imaging to give the patient a good idea of how a given implant size will look on them. Finally, an examination of your anatomy is required to give you the most appropriate recommendations. Good luck with everything!
