Along with a commitment to comprehensive care marked by surgical excellence, Dr. Galanis values the relationships he develops with his patients - encouraging them to be active participants along the way and remaining directly available to them throughout the process.
Dr. Galanis decided the morning of surgery that to get the best results, he believed fat grafting would be a great option. He did a bilateral fold reconstruction with muscle/tissue repair, and reinforced the new fold so that the implants do not go below the incision site. Fat grafting from my inner thighs to the lower pole of my breasts. He used Natrelle Soft Touch 650 cc SSX profile implants. I am so anxious to see how they settle. Really hoping the outcome is similar to my goal photos.
I normally never write a review on things but with the experience I had, Dr. Galanis and his team deserves so much more than just this review. Also, when I was searching for reviews/people's experience on here regarding my procedure, I didn't find any so I hope that sharing my experience will help people when they consider this life changing experience. With that being said, let's start!! I had multiple consultations with different surgeons that offered Hi Def (Vaser) Lipo but none of them were a fit. I even had a consultation with the famous Dr. Emer and it still didn’t feel right. For me, it’s not all about the tools you have, the size of your offices nor the marketing skills your team have. It’s all about the results! Yes, having the top technologies (tools) is of course a good thing, but if you don’t know how to use it then it’s useless. I chose Dr. Galanis based on his results, his bedside manner and that I knew I’m paying him for his skills, not his tools. I had a virtual consultation since I’m an out of town patient. I received 2 quotes; one with a full tummy tuck included and one with just vaser and J-plasma. Tess, she’s the one that I had the pleasure to go through this whole experience with. She’s super sweet and so down to earth! Anyways, she told me that since I’ve had lipo before, Dr. Galanis cannot tell whether I need the full or mini tuck or even a tuck at all based on photos and that if there’s anyway I could come down for an in person consultation. I did and we decided to go with a mini tummy tuck. He did inform me that since this is a revision case because I had lipo before that it would be challenging since I have muscle separation, scar tissues, etc but he will try his best to deliver. Through the whole consultation, both phone and in person, he did not once persuaded me into fat grafting or any other additional procedures like most other surgeons I had the consultation with and you don’t understand how much I APPRECIATED that. I booked my surgery shortly after, but surgery got delayed about a month and half due to Covid 19. Finally surgeons got the green light to operate again and I was super excited. My pre-op appointment is the day before my surgery. They took every necessary precaution possible since we’re still in a pandemic and made me feel very safe. Dr. Galanis went over my area of concerns and goals and what not. Oh during the time that SIP was placed, I did reach out to Tess and asked if I could get a quote with fat grafting included and personally asked if she thought it was worth it for me to do fat grafting. She sent the quote over, but instead of being like “YES, DO IT!” she said she spoke to Dr. Galanis and they both think that since I'm very thin and barely have any fat, that they will let me know on my pre-op if it's worth the money. But I made up my mind to have it as well shortly after. So my surgery will include, Hi Def (Vaser) lipo to the abdomen and flank, J-plasma, mini tummy tuck and fat grafting to the hips/buttocks. Surgery Day!!!! Arrived at the surgical site, filled out some paperwork then my nurse Jessica took me downstairs to change and get ready for my surgery! Got my IV in, answered some questions from my anesthesiologist and waited for Dr. Galanis to come. When he did, he marked me, went over again with what he’s going to do, told me he will do some lipo on my back as well even though he didn’t quote me for it since doing so will definitely give me the waist that I want. Walked into the operating room shortly after, laid down, my anesthesiologist said he will give me something to relax and that I will go to sleep shortly after. That was around 7:30am ish, I woke up around 2:30pm. I was already in my garment and vest, Jessica helped me put on my clothes, gave me some crackers and water and then helped me in the wheelchair. Helped me in the car, and I went back to my airbnb. Didn’t really feel any pain nor was I nauseous but I was told I have a really high pain tolerance so. Airbnb (Surgery day/day 1) My friends put a lot of Wee Wee pads (Tess will send you everything you need to buy for post op) on the seat of the chair because I will be bleeding quite a lot, which I did. When we got to our airbnb, I did get a little dizzy getting out of the car and needed help walking to the room. When I got to the room, the only thing I wanted to do was to lay down. Since I couldn’t lay on my back because of my butt, I couldn’t technically lay on my stomach either because of the tummy tuck, so Jessica the nurse advised me to put a lot of pillows under my back, head and legs. I slept the majority of the day. The only time I got up was to pee and I couldn’t really sit down to pee or even squat so my friends just held a large bowl under the pee hole of the garment so I could pee. I had drains in so they emptied it out as well. I had water and maybe like 2 crackers the first day. Day 2 I started taking Norco along with Colace/Miralax every 4 hours. I still sleep the majority of the day but I was no longer dizzy or nauseous. I ate a little more. Drank a lot of water. Was able to walk around for a couple of minutes. Albert came around 11 to give me my Lymphatic Massage. Tess will set you up with Albert beforehand and you can coordinate with him as to time and location. Tess did tell me to take a pain pill an hour before Albert came, which I did and I personally think it helped a lot with the pain. He helped take off the garment and vest which I can tell you if you’re not prepared, you will be very light headed when it’s off. Make sure you have someone beside Albert standing there and help you the very first time you take it off. Once it’s off, Albert will help you climb on the table. You will be completely naked fyi. But Albert will let you know that if you feel uncomfortable in any way or he’s hurting you, to let him know. I’m honestly in awe of Albert, he's a very sweet and very genuine person. The pain wasn’t as bad, the only thing that hurt a little during the whole massage is when I have to get on the table and turn from my back to my stomach. After that, Albert will help you empty out your drain as well and help you put on the garment and vest. Advice: Hold on to the wall while he or anyone else is putting on the vest and garment, because it’s very tight and lowkey hurts when they hook the things together. Sorry, I don't really know how to explain it. AND wash your old garments and vest ASAP. If you don’t you might forget and you have to wear a dirty one after your next massage. So try to book an airbnb that has a washer/dryer if you’re out of town. Day 3,4,5 and 6 Walked more and more, ate more. Felt a lot better. I stopped taking Norco around the 3rd day and switched to Extra Strength Tylenol. I was able to have some bowel movements after the 4th day (mainly cause I stopped taking Norco) Day 7 One week post op with Dr. Galanis. He took out my drains, it was pretty fast however it felt kinda weird. It’s like someone pulling a very long string out of your body. Uncomfortable for about 5 seconds but did not hurt. I was pretty swollen but my results were already beyond my expectations. I scheduled my 2 weeks post op and was out of office within like 20 minutes. I am currently on my 10th day post op and I’m already back at work. No strenuous activities but I am feeling a lot better. No longer taking any type of pain pill and my results are even more mind blowing. I seriously cannot wait to see the final results even though it won’t be for another 3-6 months. Thank you Dr. Galanis, Tess and his entire team gave me the body I’ve always dreamt of that I couldn’t achieve even with exercise and nutritions. I will continue to exercise when it’s safe to do so and keep up with my nutritions that the result will be even better! THANK YOU a million times over Dr. Galanis. I’m glad I found you! I will post some pictures soon once I find a way to hide certain tattoos that are identifiable. And I apologize for this lengthy review but I do hope it helps you. I will post more updates when I reach my one month post op. Updated on 8 Jun 2020: Swelling went down dramatically. I can finally put the outer garment on by myself after showering. Feeling so much better! I sneezed the other day and it hurt a little cause I feel like my scar from the mini tuck is being pulled. But other than that, love looking in the mirror every time I take off my garments to shower.
I've been interested in the BBL procedure for a while now. I've followed Dr. Miami on snapchat, I started following some other surgeons as well and admired how much of a change they could make to the curves and contour of a woman's body through this procedure. After I had my second child, I worked and got really close to my pre-pregnancy weight, but my body just isn't the same as it used to be. I carry more fat in my midsection, I feel like I lack curves, and my poochy stomach has me reaching for the flowy shirts and dresses and abandoning the form-fitting clothes I used to love. My skin still has good elasticity, I have no stretch marks on my stomach, and based on my home-research and evaluation (I'm not a doctor), I don't believe I have a serious diastasis the needs repair, so I wasn't looking to get a tummy tuck. I started researching liposuction and doctors near me and I had a consult. I told them I might be interested in fat transfer to help the shape of my butt, but I don't want a huge unnatural result. After my first consult, I decided I was going to do the full BBL, not just the Lipo, although I decided not to go with that surgeon. Honestly, the reason I went to have that consult in the first place was convenience. His office is 10 minutes from my house, and even though I wasn't super impressed with his work, it was a foot in the door to get started on this journey. I also decided that I wanted high def, or VASER Lipo instead of traditional Lipo. The results are so much more natural looking in my opinion. During the current pandemic, one of the surgeons I follow on IG and was interested in seeing was offering free virtual consults and a discount on services, so I scheduled with Dr. Galanis. The virtual consult was great. I felt incredibly comfortable talking to him, I didn't feel rushed at all (which is something I've experienced with every other plastic surgeon I've met with), and he was very informative and conversational. We talked about the procedure, he looked at my photos, and he got a plan together for me. After we were done, I was contacted by a coordinator in his office with the breakdown of the plan and costs. The plan is: VASER Lipo of the abdomen, waist, and back Fat transfer to hips & butt & Jplasma of abdomen & waist (to tighten the skin) The cost (even with a COVID discount) was a little hard to swallow BUT, this is my body I'm investing in! And if I want the best, I'm going to have to pay for it. After I had that consult I knew that I wanted Dr. Galanis to do my procedure, and the discount helped me decide that this was the right time. I am a little less than a week out from surgery now. I was given a list of items to purchase before, like chux pads, dark towels, maxi pads for the drainage, etc. so I have that all ready to go. I also picked up a bunch of prescriptions from the pharmacy. I had my pre-op physical & clearance with my primary care provider and all my labs came back good. Last step before heading up is my COVID swab test which needs to be completed within 5 days of surgery. My appointment for that is Monday June 1st. I head up to Beverly Hills on the 2nd for my pre-op appointment, and to check into my airbnb, and my surgery will be bright and early on Wednesday the 3rd! I've had a breast aug before, and the recovery really wasn't bad. I'm hoping this won't be terrible either! I'm sure the first few days are going to suck but fingers crossed I get through the worst of it quickly. Pre op info: I'm 29 years old, 2 children (and I'm done!), 5'5, around 150 lbs (was 145 pre- second pregnancy). My waist at the smallest point is about 32 inches in the morning, around my belly is about 38 inches. My main goals are to get a flatter stomach so I don't look pregnant and I can wear fitted clothes, more of an hour glass shape, and to give some volume to the flattened projection of my butt, so my butt is just more even and shapelier (you'll see in the pics!). Updated on 2 Jun 2020: So I’m checked into my Airbnb, I had my covid testing yesterday which was negative, and I had my pre-op today with Dr. Galanis. My appointment was supposed to be at 1:30 pm, but because of the protests (#BLM), Beverly Hills was enforcing a 1 pm curfew. I was able to get on the road earlier than I planned and they fit me in for my appointment at 12. At my pre-op, I met with Tess, who takes care of A LOT at this practice, and she had me sign my consent forms, fitted my compression garments for post surgery, and took my before photos. Then I met with Dr. Galanis and he evaluated me and we talked about what to expect for the morning. I also asked him to take some before & after videos of me on the operating table like on his IG because i think they’re so cool, and he said he would be happy to do that :) Even though I was fit in on their schedule because of the early office closure, everyone was so nice, and I didn’t feel rushed through at all. They gave me my paper RX for my pain meds, and i got it filled at the pharmacy across the street. The pharmacist said she would only fill it if I bought narcan, (medication for opioid overdose), So I said okay...? But she didn’t actually make me buy it, so that was weird. Anyways... Surgery is scheduled for 7:30 am tomorrow with a 6:30 am arrival. I’ll shower in the morning and wash my body with hibiclens, and get dropped off. Unfortunately because of covid my boyfriend can’t come in with me for the first part of the visit, he can only drop off & pick me up. I’m so excited for this procedure! I’m not really nervous at this point, maybe it will kick in tonight. Updated on 3 Jun 2020: Can’t do a full update right now, I don’t have the energy, but today was great! I’m super sore and achey. When I stand up I get dizzy and nauseas so that isn’t fun, I’m hoping that doesn’t last long because i want to try to move around a little. Dr. Galanis did before & after video clips & they’re amazing! I’m so excited. I know I’m going to swell up but I’m having a lymphatic massage tomorrow so hopefully the swelling isn’t too significant. Updated on 4 Jun 2020: I’m still very sore and uncomfortable today. I’ve been having some trouble urinating because of my catheter during surgery. I’m trying to drink a lot of water but it’s been hard. Eating is hard too because I’m still nauseas, even with my Zofran, but I’m able to eat a bit. My boyfriend has been amazing with everything, he’s helping me stand up and walk to the bathroom, helping me with my drains, keeping track of my meds. So glad he’s so helpful and supportive. I’m having my first lymphatic massage today and I’m a little nervous because I’m pretty sore. We’ll see how it goes! Updated on 5 Jun 2020: So today we checked out of our Airbnb and drove home (a little under 2 hours). Thankfully I am feeling a bit better today, and i was able to sit on my bbl pillow in the car and did okay during the drive. Definitely still sore and achey, have to move slow & take it easy. I can shower tomorrow, and I’m going to have another lymphatic drainage massage tomorrow to help with my healing as well. Overall, slowly feeling better. Updated on 6 Jun 2020: Not much difference from yesterday. I tried cutting back on my norcos yesterday but last night I had to step it back up because I was really uncomfortable. It’s getting hard to sleep flat on my stomach all the time. My neck hurts and my arms hurt. I’ve been taking colace every day but haven’t had a bowel movement yet so I took miralax today, hoping that kicks things into gear. I got to take a shower today, and that was nice, although when I first took off the compression garments I got dizzy and had to lay down for a minute. I’m trying to get up and walk around the house a little, sit on my bbl pillow in the living room with my family, but mostly I’ve been in bed. Updated on 7 Jun 2020: Today was a bit better! I switched to ibuprofen today and haven’t needed a norco so that is a huge step. I also had a bowel movement thank god because I was so uncomfortable. I had another lymphatic drainage massage today also. My pain is going down for sure, but I’m swollen. My butt seems like it has too much projection at the top but I texted the doctor my concern and he said the my butt shape is going to change a lot over the next few weeks & right now it is really swollen so not to worry. I have my post op appointment on Thursday, so just over a week post op, and I can’t wait to get these drains out, i hate them! Lol I know they’re helping clear out all this crap but they are so annoying. Oh well, doing what I have to do to so my results end up great! I’m expecting every day to get a little bit easier here on out. Hopefully. :) Updated on 9 Jun 2020: Feeling a little bit better everyday. I’m still sore, and my swelling is getting worse. Yesterday I woke up & I could feel that my garments were tighter. Same feeling again this morning. Today I took a shower and afterwards my boyfriend noticed that it was harder to Velcro up the under garment because of the swelling. I’m taking ibuprofen still for the soreness, it’s helping a lot & I don’t need a narcotic pain med anymore. Very excited about that. I’m having trouble sleeping, I normally move around a lot in my sleep and i can’t right now so it’s been a challenge. Still feeling grateful for my support system helping so much with my recovery and with the kids. 2 more days til post op appointment and drain removal! Updated on 11 Jun 2020: I had my 1 week post op appointment today and Dr. Galanis was really happy with how everything is looking. I had my drains removed and I’m veryyy happy about that. I didn’t even really feel him removing them. I can move around easier now with them out. Still swollen and a bit bruised. Gotta stay off my booty for another week, under garnet for another 3 weeks, and outer garment for another 5. I’m doing my next appointment virtually at 2 weeks to check in. Updated on 12 Jun 2020: I’m feeling almost back to normal. I’m not taking ibuprofen anymore, and since my drains were removed I feel like I can move around more freely, i can put my garments on myself now, I can stand for a while without getting tired or feeling sore. Still really stiff in my midsection, and still swollen (of course). I took a few pictures today and sent them to Dr. Galanis and he sent back a before photo from his office and I almost cried happy tears. I am SO beyond thrilled about how my stomach looks, and it’s only going to get better. Updated on 17 Jun 2020: I am 2 weeks post op today, so I can start sitting and laying on my butt! I sat down today and it felt really weird because my butt is still all firm from the fat transfer so I’m still going to avoid sitting most of the time & use my bbl pillow. Still feeling a bit sore & stiff in my midsection but mostly back to normal. A lot of my swelling has resolved but I still have a bit here & there, and from what I’ve been told that minor swelling can still take months to fully go down. Updating with a few more Before & after pictures! :) Updated on 2 Jul 2020: I’m 4 weeks post op now & I no longer need my foam garment & only need my other compression at night for the next 2 weeks. I have a Skims waist trainer and spanx that I will be wearing during the day most of the time. I’m still stiff in my midsection, my range of motion is a little off, and because I’m still having nerves reconnect where I had lipo my midsection is sensitive still. Still have some minor swelling. Looking forward to my end result! :) Updated on 13 Aug 2020: This recovery has taken a bit longer than I thought! I still have some numbness & tightness in my midsection, it’s sllloowwllyy improving but not really affecting my life at this point. I’ve had a hard time exercising due to covid & being home with my kids all the time. Trying to get out of the house & walk as much as I can but I know when I’m able to get back in the gym my result will be even better. :) One of these after photos shows that my belly isn’t perfectly flat but I opted not to do a tummy tuck so I expected that from having 2 babies. I’m hoping with a lot of planking and core work I can get it more flat! Updated on 26 Jan 2022: Hi! It’s crazy to say that it has been over a year since my surgery. Still love my body and have no regrets. My weight has fluctuated a bit due to life (I think most of us understand pandemic weight issues) but even with gaining a few pounds my body looks great. I’m back at the gym and working on myself a bit more these days. Thought I would pop in and leave a few update photos from the past few months.
My consultation with Dr Galanis and Tess was wonderful. He was the first surgeon I met with and even though I decided to book my surgery with someone else, I really believe he would have been a great choice too. He spent a lot of time with me, walking me through what to expect, what different terms mean, his qualifications and his thoughts on my specific situation. He's very personable and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable with him instantly and that was so important in my decision. His pricing was middle of the road to other doctors I saw in BH, around $9k for a straight forward breast augmentation. While I ended up choosing another surgeon, I sincerely think Dr Galanis would have been a great choice.
Hi. I would like to share my history. I'm 28 years old and I had I out my implants when I was 19. I decided to remove because I was not feeling good with them anymore. Tomorrow is already 2 weeks I removed the implants. I feel such a difference in my skin, my eyes was the first thing I noticed after sugery, was very bright ( I was like OMG ) AMAZING!!!!! I can finally breath so much better now. I'm veryy happy with the results. My recover is being great, some up and down. My doctor is AMAZING, one of the best to do this sugery. I used drains for 7 days, painful but thanks God I had drains because I had a lot fluids coming out, I couldn't imagine have that inside of my body. I feel more sexy and confident with my natural boobs. I very very happy.
Hey! I figured I'd write a review because of how much I stalked other peoples reviews while waiting to get my breast aug. I loved reading detailed reviews with plenty of pictures, so thats what I'm gonna try to do here! I am 22 years old, roughly 5'7 and approx. 130 lbs. I was a 34a/32b before my procedure and I wanted to be around a full C/small D with a natural shape & look. I went with Dr. Galanis for my surgery because I followed him on Instagram forever so I always saw his beautiful work and he worked out of both Chicago (where I live) and LA, where he works alongside Paul Nassif!! And I'm a RHOBH freak so that means a lot to me, lol. We decided to do between 300-350ccs in the initial consultation, which made me nervous at first. 350 sizers felt huge! But he reassured me that it would fit my body type and look I was going for. My left side has a 325 and my right has 350, because that side had a slightly smaller boob to begin with. It's been 2 and a half weeks since my surgery and I'm already sooo pleased with them. The right is still slightly higher up and less rounded on the bottom- which is expected bc the dominant hand side usually drops slower and it also has the bigger implant- but it's barely noticeable naked and not at all in clothes. They feel soft and amazing and I have had no pain since like week one.The pain was honestly no big deal, you just have to kinda lay in bed and take your pain meds for the first 5 or so days, which is honestly kinda fun, lol. It's an excuse to lay in bed watching Netflix while drugged out all week! And everyone makes food for you and brings you things! I was very swollen for the first week and a half and had crazy torpedo nipples and tons of upper pole swelling, but thats going down a lot now. I still have upper pole fullness and crazy nipples, but not nearly as bad! I will post more pics as I continue to drop and fluff! Let me know if you have questions!
It’s hard to believe that this photo was taken 13 days after reconstructive surgery due to breast cancer at age 26. Dr. Galanis’ work makes it extremely difficult to understand that there is a significant difference between a breast augmentation and a bilateral mastectomy. His professionalism, mannerism, level of care (literally held my hand on surgery day until I was asleep), knowledge, compassion & humor is unparalleled. I am endlessly thankful to Dr. Galanis for making me feel and look better than before my diagnosis. It takes a special type of surgeon to be able to correct another physicians work & he has proven to be undefeated by challenge. Just as my mom says: “There is light at the end of the tunnel & Dr. Galanis gave my daughter that light.” It truly is a privilege to be under his care. The pit of 2017 is my breast cancer diagnosis and meeting Dr. Galanis as a result is the peak. Words fail when describing Dr. Galanis, as a physician and as a person. Consult with him and you’ll thank yourself. I am certain that this well-deserved double board certified surgeon will leave a lasting impression & impact your life the way he has touched mine. Thank you endlessly Dr.Galanis!!!
After 32 years of small breast, years of contemplation of getting implants, and then months of research and consultations- I found Dr Galanis. He literally has transformed the way I look, in which has changed the way I feel about my body- and myself. I have a new confidence, I feel like a woman and his work has not only changed my body, but my life! The day I met him for my consultation I left the office fully confident that he was going to be the best option for me. His caring demeanor paired with his experience, intellect and ability to connect with my needs- all provided me with the confidence that he was my doctor and I was ready to finally go forth with my procedure. He quite literally exceeded any expectations- my breast look better than I ever imagined possible. They are natural and I feel like they have always been a part of my body. I could go on forever about how truly amazing Dr Galanis is as a person and a doctor - I highly recommend him and promise you that your results will be more than you would ever imagined. Thank you Dr Galanis!!!
This review is long overdue, but for good reason. I had breast augmentation revision done in February 2017 by Dr. Galanis. Prior to that revision I had another revision in October of 2016 by a different plastic surgeon. The revision in October of 2016 left me completely grief-stricken. I ended up with a capsular contracture, as well as a bottomed out implant in less than 3 months recovery time! Needless to say, this time around I wanted to let my body heal. I felt it was appropriate to allow the implants to settle into place before giving an honest review of not only Dr. Galanis, but of my results too. Having said all of this, my results are nothing short of superb! On to the review: I would like to start off by saying I am a Chicago based patient. I can truthfully say that to this day, I know if I had a question or concern I could reach out to Dr. Galanis. He would promptly respond. I never felt the least bit concerned about the distance between us. Throughout the entire process I had the privilege to correspond exclusively with Dr. Galanis. I was fortunate to have met him before his move to California. His bedside manner is extraordinary! His level of professionalism always left me feeling informed and comfortable. I can not say enough about how he treated me before, during, and after surgery. His willingness to listen, and his genuine desire to help me achieve the look I wanted really stood out. I understand that he sees lots of patients. It would be easy to treat visits as routine, but he has an understanding that each patient is unique, and no two patients can be compared. He accounts for individuality of each specific patient and case. Surgery is a very serious matter that I do not take lightly. I felt it critical to have a surgeon that has a humanistic approach to personalized care. His training and expertise are remarkable! It is apparent in his results his passion to enhance the body. Looking at his before and after photos is proof of his level of skill. Because this was my second revision I knew that pictures were not enough. After all who would post a picture of a bad outcome?! I researched him extensively to see where he was trained (UCLA), as well as his board certifications (double board certified). Clearly he is a high qualified surgeon! I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Galanis always gave his honest opinion about what I could expect during recovery, and what I could expect as a realistic end result. I wanted to increase implant size. I explained to him that I am a mother as well as a professional. Another words I wanted to look tastefully enhanced. He nailed it spot on! I am completely satisfied with the size implants he chose. Luckily I had no complications after surgery. However, I know without a doubt if there were any issues he would have addressed them. We discussed this in depth before surgery, because this was unfortunately my second revision. I am a patient of Dr. Galanis for life. He will be thee ONLY plastic surgeon I will ever go to again. I have complete trust and faith in him. Words can not describe how grateful I am to have had him correct what I felt was a botched chest. Dr. Galanis is a tremendous human being. As much as plastic surgery is physical, it impacted my emotional and mental well being. I finally feel like I have the breasts that I have always wanted.
Dr Galanis was friendly, kind, and attentive to my needs and questions. He immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. I am extremely happy with my fat transfer to my breast. My results are exactly what I had hoped for. I highly recommend him as a doctor and for this procedure.
Obviously we're somewhat limited in this forum as we can only go by photos alone. That being said, based on your photos, you appear to be a candidate for a breast augmentation along with a one-sided lift for symmetry. That one-sided lift would be either through just the areolar incision or possibily a lollipop scar. Hope that helps!
Many women are concerned about the scars associated with the lift so this is not an uncommon question. The bad news is there is simply no way to get you to a perkier position (and resize your areola) without a lift. The good news is that studies show that satisfaction rates for this procedure are extremely high. Women are so thrilled with their enhanced position and shape that they forgive the scars. Furthermore, current treatments in scar car can help limit the severity of these scars. Good luck!
A Breast lift can be performed WITHOUT changing the implants. If you are happy with the feel and size of your implants but just want the breast height corrected, this can certainly be done while leaving the implants alone.
You are still relatively early in the healing process. Options to consider including silicone treatments, steroid injection, and scar massage. Ask your surgeon for his/her preferences. Recognize as well that it takes several months for the scar to smooth out and the color to lighten.
Thanks for your inquiry. Don't panic. It is WAY too early to make any assessments of your results. As you heal over the next weeks to months, you will see many changes. The earliest I would make any outcome assessment would be 3 months. Good luck with a smooth recovery!
