Thank you for your question. Swelling and bruising is common after lip injections and would gently massage / apply arnica regardless. However after 10 day mark, if still present I would recommend a check up with the practitioner who carried out the procedure as there is a chance this is dermal filler / hyaluronic acid that is lying superficially in the lip. 
If the problem persists, there is the option of hyaluronidase injections into bumps to break down and dissolve the product.

Volift is a product which would not sit well in the lips if injected superficially in the lip as seen here. You have two options: 1. Wait a week and then visit your doctor to massage the product out. 2.Dissolve filler with hyalase. Incidentally injecting lips with a cannula rather than a needle will rarely result in this outcome. 

Based upon the picture, it appears that this is a filler causing the bump.  I would first trying massaging the area.  I normally will do this myself and not on patients to know how.  If that doesn't work, it may require an injection of an antidote called Hylaronidase.

It appears the filler was injected more superficial(close to the surface of the lip) in that area. I would recommend massaging those bumps fairly consistently over the next week. If you find those bumps do not go away, I recommend you see your injector as he/she may need to dissolve that filler with hyaluronidase.

I always tell my patients to not love their filler injections for 2 weeks. Swelling is very common and sometimes immediate. It can last 3-7 days and a good idea is to use cold compresses. Cold compresses may be used immediately after treatment to reduce swelling only if needed. This may be applied for 3 minutes, 3 times per day, for up to 3 days. This is best done with a bag of peas in a zip lock bag. Only apply light pressure to the area but gentle massage might be necessary if the bump is from the filler material itself. Get Arnica gel if you can find some and apply a few times a day as well to help treat any swelling. Avoid any blood thinners. Bruising can also last 1-2 weeks. I don't recommend hyaluronidase this early and wait a few weeks until the swelling has resolved. If it is persistent or you are worried, set up a follow up appointment with your dermatologist.

Thank you for your question and picture. I am sorry to hear about your issue after lip filler injections. From the picture, it looks like it is a lump of dermal filler. I would start by massaging the lump after applying a warm face towel to the area. Pinch the lump between your thumb and index finger and move gently left to right for a few minutes. In most cases, it will get better within a few days. If necesary, hyluronidase can be used to dissolve the filler. I hope this help. All the best. 

It's hard to know exactly what is going on here.  If there is any tenderness, these bumps could still be partially due to the initial bruise & inflammation.  I tell my clients to leave the area alone if it still has any pain when you touch on it or any signs of a bruise.  If it is not tender, then it could be bumps from the actual filler.  The wonderful thing about fillers like Volift is that bumps usually are easy to take care of.  Massage helps, but only if the area is warmed up.  So, massaging those bumps while you are in a warm shower or after putting warm compresses on them can smooth them out.  Usually, you have to do this for 3-4 days in a row for complete results.  If that doesn't work, I have my clients come by the office, where I heat the lumps with my laser (that gets them warmer than the shower can).  Lastly, if these hurt or itch, you may need to consider the possibility that they are cold sores caused by the trauma to the lip.  In that case, you should ask your doctor to give you a prescription for an anti-viral.
