My experience with Dr. Darrick E. Antell in New York City has been outstanding. I recently had a breast augmentation with him, and before the procedure I carried real concerns - about choosing the right size, about the possibility of implants feeling foreign, about the risk of losing sensitivity, and about potential complications. I recently had an explant surgery performed by Dr. Antell, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. The procedure was quick, absolutely painless, and — most importantly — beautifully done. I didn’t get a lift, as it may not be needed, and even now, my chest looks natural — almost as if I never had implants in the first place. This was my first experience with plastic surgery. I came out of town. Stayed in the hotel next door for 1 night. Everything went well. Professional doctor and great team. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend.

Dr. Antell and his team are truly wonderful. Their warm and professional approach makes you feel like you’re visiting family. I had an upper blepharoplasty a few weeks ago, and the results are incredible—you can’t even tell I’ve had surgery. I look refreshed, and my eyelashes are visible again! I’ve always loved my naturally hooded eyes, but as I’ve gotten older (I’m in my 40s), they started to feel heavy and weighed down over my eyes. It was exhausting constantly having to lift my brows to counteract it. Dr. Antell removed just enough skin to relieve that heaviness and give me a rested, refreshed appearance—without changing my natural look. I still have my signature hooded eyes, just like I did in my 20s. The only “con” is that I’ve had to relearn how to do my eye makeup—definitely a great problem to have! I’m very happy with the results and only wish I had done it sooner.

Dr. Antell is an artistic genius: I am now absolutely beautiful while look like a better version of myself. I do not look like I've had plastic surgery at all. His approach is to improve upon your features while looking natural. I don't typically write reviews, but I most certainly feel that Dr. Antell is worthy of one. I searched and searched for the best plastic surgeon to do my breast augmentation. I had two surgeries before (several years apart) so I knew what the process was, but I wasn't quite happy with the first surgery as it the doctor didn't listen to me and made them too big. Years later I decided to go smaller and again, the doctor didn't listen to me and made them very small. I was underwhelmed. Now in my mid-50's and I was ready for a final surgery and Dr. Antell was spot on. He listened and was very thorough. He gave me the perfect size, shape and feel. They are soft and natural and I am extremely happy. His staff was very kind and professional. Dr. Antell is a brilliant and skilled surgeon. I am so happy with my results and I highly recommend him for anyone looking for the very best.

This man is thorough, honest, he listens, he explains, he’s patient, and gives his patients what they want but also what looks natural and what is safe. I’ve been treated by Dr. Antell twice. I had a two inch lipoma removed from my upper arm. Dr. Antell was so skillful and his nurse and staff were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process and follow-up. My experience at Dr.Antell’s office was everything I could have hoped for. I highly recommend for any procedure.

Dr. Antell, nurse Nancy and the entire staff were wonderful from start to finish. They were attentive to all my questions, and I am exceedingly happy with the results of my gynecomastia surgery.
