Thank you for your question and photo. You may benefit from one or more laser resurfacing sessions to address under-eye lines and uneven texture. This treatment option rejuvenates the face by using a laser to remove the aging, outer layer of skin and reveal the new, healthy skin below. Botox injections are also viable for treating lines around the eyes by calming the muscle causing the lines, allowing the skin to become smoother over time.

The upper cheek region is a major support for the infraorbital (under-eye) region. Loss support due to loss of volume there can lead to the development of tear troughs, hollows, lines and crinkles. From the photo it appears you may be a candidate for a lower blepharoplasty. This would remove excess skin and give a smoother appearance to the under eye. Fat transfer or filler may be indicated.
