Are you using lash growth serum or Latisse? These cause skin hyperpigmentation. Stop using these products. Let the eyelids settle for 6 months. Yes you have extra color in these eyelids but the procedures your are doing are not helping and likely are making the problem worse. If you have body dysmorphic disorder and have repetitive thoughts for many hours per day over your eyelids, get help with a psychologist or psychiatrist to help you get through this period of doing nothing. Cognitive behavioral therapy and in some cases, medication can be beneficial. Please understand that most surgeons you are going to see may mean well but their interventions are making you worse. Don't destroy yourself because of this concern. There is no substitute for a detailed personal assessment.

Absolutely DO NOT tattoo you lower eyelids. It WILL NOT match your skin and you will 100% regret it. In addition, cosmetic tattoos can be very difficult to get rid of and you may be stuck with something that looks awful for the rest of your life. DON'T DO IT!!!!!
