Hello! I'm 36 years old, and had a lower blepharoplasty about a year ago to remove fat pockets under the eyes. It's ok when my face is at rest, but have significant skin/lines when smiling, which make me not want to smile. I've had micro needling and 2 rounds of Morpheus in the area with minimal results. What revisions or procedures would address the skin when smiling?
