Am I candidate for a revision lower blepharoplasty?

If pressing under the tear trough region helps, it may be that this is more of a volume issue rather than excess skin or fat herniation, which is typically what a blepharoplasty treats. Thus, instead of revision surgery, it may be better to add volume via fillers or fat transfer. You need more volume to the anterior-medial cheek. This can be accomplished by moving additional eyelid fat to the area or fat grafting. Filler is also an option but I will only last 12-18 months. Best to see an eyelid expert.

Your tissues are still healing from surgery. I would not consider a revision for at least six months after your procedure. I encourage you to discuss your concerns and options with your surgeon.

Unfortunately, what you have will not be corrected with a blepharoplasty revision. If this was the problem before, a blepharoplasty was not the answer then. What you need is volume enhancement with either fat or a filler by an expert.
