Hello- My eyes are a huge concern. Would eye lid surgery fix the asymmetry? Overall- my profile looks sad because of my eyes. What surgical or non surgical options should I explore?
Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. While you don’t appear to be a candidate for any surgical intervention, you may wish to consider the benefits of dermal fillers. These injectable, hyaluronic acid formulas can add volume where needed to improve facial symmetry.

There is a need to make an assessment if we wish to improve the proportion of the eyelid through non-surgical treatments such as the use of Botox and other technologies. In my opinion a blefaroplasty is not the right treatment because you are too young and still have the elasticity of the skin. While the average age might be 30 to 50's, some patients get this done in their 20s. It really depends on your genetic makeup and anatomy in addition to what exactly is bothering you.
