Would I benefit from a blepharoplasty or should I consider other options? Concerned about droopy eyes. (photos)

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. Thank you for your question and for providing photos. Due to your age, a surgical approach is not likely necessary at this time. You mentioned receiving dermal filler injections in the past to treat your under-eye bags, but didn’t specify whether or not you were satisfied with the results.
Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are an ideal option for treating under-eye bags and smoothing the transition between the lower eyelid and the upper cheek area. Results can last for up to a year or more and can be maintained with an adequate injection schedule.

When I see your picture, the first thing to fix is your lower eyelids. The shape of your lower eyelids are genetically low and we can raise them. With cantoplasty (other name of the surgrey is almond eye surgery) you can have a better look. For the upper eyelids I do not see a laxity from yhe photos but I must check them. Best regards...

Hello @anisatoland, thank you for your question. Some patients by genetics or race may have this pigmentation around the eyes or it may be due to a health condition, such as brain injury. If what you want is to fix the shape of the eyes I suggest you consult an oculoplastic surgeon. An upper blepharoplasty at this time is not advisable because the skin has elasticity, it is very young. At the lower level I see pigmentation, I do not see bags. The problem can be treated non-surgically with hyaluronic acid "fine line" to improve the distance between the cheek and your eye and thus improve the appearance of your eyes. Best wishes!
