Erectile dysfunction after tummy tuck. Is it normal?

I had a tummy tuck and gynecomastia surgery in September 2014. Ever since I have had terrible Erectile Dysfunction problems. My penis can get erect but loses it stiffness almost straight away. This even happens when I use drugs such as viagra and cialis. Before my operation I had no such problems, I used viagra even then due to anxiety/performance issues, but had no problems maintaining an erection. Can my surgeries have caused me to develop these erectile problems?

The general recommendation is six weeks, give or take depending not the exercise and you post-operative healing. Best advice is discuss your exercise goals and set a plan with your surgeon.
