After being divorced, two grown children and now dating a much younger man (I thought he was older, he thought I was younger to be honest, he's 38), I felt I needed some help in the intimacy area feeling more confident about my vaginal area as to being tighter. Being physically connected with my partner was very important to me as I really love sex and love my boyfriend. Having the physical part of our relationship moving in a positive direction as much as possible was a priority to me to be able to enjoy life to the fullest. Did I mention I love sex? My boyfriend didn't really want me to have anything done as he was happy with me the way I was yet he is now as thrilled as I am with my tighter vagina. Femilift really works and we both have better sexual experiences because of the procedure. I would highly recommend you consider Femilift, just make sure you go through an expert who has tons and years of experience in the sexual enhancement arena. I wouldn't risk going to anyone else but Dr. Gitt, he is amazing and really wants you to be happy, checks in to see if you really got results after the procedure.

I found this procedure to be an unqualified success. I would recommend it to anyone looking to increase their girth without the pain, risk, downtime, and unpredictable results from surgical enhancement. Dr. Gitt has been doing it the longest and frankly is the best around. The procedure was relatively painless (very minimal) and resulted in easily 25% increase in girth enhancement. I was only out commission for sexual activities for one week. I've gone back twice (one for small refresh) and couldn't be happier and will be a longtime client of Dr. Gitt's. Him and his office make everything painless and stress-free. Couldn't be happier. Updated on 29 Jun 2016: I was really impressed with results and length of time volume has lasted.
I know I'm not alone when it comes to having cellulite on my thighs. It doesn't seem to matter how much I work out, or whether I'm at my ideal weight, I've had cellulite since I was 15. I had tried all of the treatments and creams, but the results were always subtle and temporary. I hide it as best I can with clothing, but living in Arizona, in the summer time especially, I had always been insecure in bathing suits and shorts . I heard about Cellfina through a friend, so I found Dr. Gitt through the website and went in for a consultation. He helped understand that cellulite is caused by connective tissue not fat, and I was a great candidate for the Cellfina. The treatment is minimally invasive. I experienced some discomfort during the injections of the local anesthetic, but the rest of the treatment was a breeze. I was helped into compression garments that I was advised to wear for two weeks and no exercise. I experienced quite a bit of bruising, swelling, and was very tender for several days. I had the procedure done about 5 months ago. I have very fair skin, so it took a few months for the bruising and incision sites to completely resolve. There is now, no indication of any treatment whatsoever, and I am thrilled about my results. With summer around the corner, I can't wait to enjoy wearing sun dresses, shorts, and swimsuits without a second thought!
I have always been one to maintain myself....in all areas, so making sure that I was "unwrinkled" was only another area that I kept up with. After talking with my surgeon, Dr. Stephen Gitt in Arizona, we decided that a phenol peel with far transfer would be what I needed. This talented man had already done my body surgery, as I had lost 250 pounds and the sagging skin was horrific. If you were to look at me, I appear to have minimal scarring, and you can't even see where he worked on me, his stitches are so tiny. I must tell you that in ALL of his surgeries there was NO PAIN of any kind, except for when I had liposuction on my thighs. That was difficult, but he was always there if I needed pain medications or had any questions. I just had my phenol peel 4 days ago. I am red, but am in no pain whatsoever. His staff is excellent and they take their time with you, answering questions, making you feel like you are the most important person. Very caring. Since I had already had 3 fat transfers, and the fat was absorbed, he felt that a stem cell fat transfer would last longer. I totally trust this man, his talent is exceptional and office staff is wonderful. I will let you know the outcome when I heal a little more, as right now I am in the oozing and red stage, applying ointment to keep my skin moist.
I had a hug cyst, likely a furuncle on my left cheek. I had to have it drained several times as well as injected with kelalog (cortizone) interlesion. I was not warned of the possibility of a large indent ever. Of course, the kenalog flattened out the cyst within 24 hours. Maybe 1-2 month ago I noticed a large indent like someone polked their finger in my face and it stuck. It upset me a lot. I had Dr. Steven Gitt, M.D. inject it with Juvederm XC. It almost used the entire syringe. I had a little left over to top off the sides of my lips. It looked better immediately. It wasn't the discoloration of the incisions that were unsightly it was mostly the indent. The scars will continue to heal, I hope. Dr. Gitt did a great job. I have read on here where juverderm has not worked well for even smaller indentations. It has to be the INJECTOR not the substance as much. I am very happy. It was bothering me a lot. Thank you Dr. Gitt!
I have developed a double chin/ turkey neck which is partly weight gain, partly hereditary. I have a very long face, and developing this double chin has made it look even longer. Kybella has made my face look shorter and given me great jaw definition. I also had Voluma in my cheeks which adds definition to my face. I am very pleased!
I first saw Dr. Gitt in November 2003 for a breast augmentation, and then in 2004 for a liposuction procedure. Fast forward to 2015, after having great results from my first set of saline implants, I decided I wanted to see Dr. Gitt and have an implant exchange to upgrade to silicone implants. I never had any issues with my saline implants, I just wanted a more natural, softer look. Because of not remembering what size implants I had, Dr. Gitt and I decided the best option for the best long term result would be to rupture my current saline implants. 4 weeks after rupturing my implants, in October 2015 I went in for my surgery. I decided to go through the old implant scar (nipple) and ended up choosing 600cc high profile silicone implants. The nurse, surgical nurse, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Gitt were all amazing and surgery went great. Recovery was a bit tougher than I remember. Probably because I'm 35 now, not 23. And the fact that the silicone implants are pre filled versus my old saline implants that were filled once they were inside. After I was completely recovered, pain free, and now that I am 13 weeks post op, I couldn't be happier with the end result. After 3 separate procedures and a 12 year relationship with Dr. Gitt and his staff, I would highly recommend North Valley Plastic Surgery. Dr. Gitt has been, and will continue to be the only plastic surgeon I see if I make any cosmetic changes in the future.
I was referred to Dr. Gitt after I had a botched breast augmentation from a prev. Dr. He was so professional & kind & really put me at ease. My breasts turned out beautiful (& their 12 yrs old) I'm going to him for my next augmentation because I know he'll do a great job. I trust him to respect him.
I have had 5 children and wanted help with vaginal tightness, lubrication, and responsiveness. The treatment consists of 3 or 4 office visits. I have now had 3 treatments, and feel that this procedure gave me exactly what I was looking for. I would certainly recommend FemiLift and Dr. Gitt at North Valley Plastic Surgery.
Typically the pain and discomfort are resolved within 2-3 days. Swelling may persist longer though. We instruct our patients to use ice for 48 hours as needed and to take Arnica to minimize their swelling.
In a word, yes. We advise our patients to wear a front hooking sports bra after surgery because it provides sufficient support but does not completely immobilize the recently augmented breasts. A certain degree of motion is actually necessary in order to minimize the risk of hardwning, or capsular contracture. We recommend that our patients wear a sports bra for the first month after their breast augmentation surgery.
From your images it appears that you have a modest amount of excess fat but a significant amount of excess skin and stretch marks. Stretch marks are, essentially, tears of the dermis, the foundation layer of the skin. They can sometimes be improved by certain treatments but, when combined with abdominal wall laxity, such as that which occurs after pregnancy, they need to be removed along with abdominal wall tightening (tummy tuck). Without a physical examination it is difficult to be any more specific. I recommend that you see a local Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of plastic Surgery. Good luck!
To the extent that taste is largely influenced by ones' sense of smell, yes. As far as the actual mechanics of chewing, if there are associated fractures of the palate or the mid-facial bones, then ones chewing could be effected. I recommend that you have a thorough evaluation with a qualified Plastic Surgeon ASAP because facial bone fractures must be fixed within 2 weeks of the date of injury or things become much more complex. Good luck!
There are two types of fractional lasers now, the more gentle, erbium-type fractional lasers, like the Fraxel (often called “non-ablative” by doctors), and the CO2 (carbon dioxide) laser systems. A series of treatments (generally 3-5) are performed, usually one every 3-8 weeks. The benefits of fractional laser treatments are achieved with little discomfort and minimal risk. The main side effects are temporary swelling, redness, an accentuation of the brown spots, crusting, and an occasional bruise or small superficial blister (like a sunburn blister). Your laser center should review with you side effects in your consent form.
