Combining procedures is common and considered safe, but there is a limit.  It is possible that the procedures you mentioned could be done at one time, but an examination would be needed first.  Your surgeon would need to determine the extent and complexity in your particular case.  Typically elective plastic surgery is limited to six hours.  There may be options for you consider such as Aviva that can be done nonsurgically.
