A few different options, the one that I recommend would be lipo 360 and BBL first, with the next stage being mommy makeover. This way you have maximum amount of donor fat for the BBL. I would suggest you get consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
HI, I probably would do all at the same time so that I could use the fat from the tummy to inject into the buttocks. That is assuming that you are in perfect health. Please see a Board certified plastic surgeon in your area who can advise you on the risks and complications based on your health history, work and personal life committments and recovery period.Good Luck!Best,Dr. Christine Rodgers
Thank you for your question. I would recommend a BBL with liposuction first so that you have enough fat available. Mommy make over with tummy tuck and breast augmentation can be done in a few months after that. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
I would recommend liposuction with fat transfer to your buttock first, followed 6-9 months later with a mommy makeover. The mommy makeover would consist of a breast augmentation with breast lift and tummy tuck. The tummy tuck however, would require a vertical incision (known as Fleur de lis) as this help remove excess skin of your upper and mid abdomen more than a traditional tummy tuck.Consult with a few plastic surgeons in person for more detailed information.
I perform the lipo 360/TT and BBL in combination for many of my patients. However, if they prefer staging the procedures, I always recommend the lipo and BBL first, followed by the TT and BAM/BL three to six months later so that the result will be as tight as possible and the fat stores will be adequate for the improvement they are seeking.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.I would do whatever area concerns you most but I would anticipate a greater transformation with liposuction of the back and buttocks, with a more modest BBL and a tummy tuck procedure. Hope this helps.
Dear VAliciaP,I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
The order of procedures in a mommy makeover or body contouring plan can vary based on individual goals, health considerations, and the recommendations of a board-certified plastic surgeon. Here are some general factors to consider:1. Health and Safety: Safety should always be the top priority. Your surgeon will assess your overall health and determine if you are a suitable candidate for the procedures. They may recommend a certain order to minimize surgical risks.2. Recovery: The recovery period for each procedure can vary. In general, mommy makeover procedures may require a longer recovery time compared to liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. Consider your ability to take time off work and arrange for post-surgery care.3. Prioritizing Goals: Discuss your aesthetic goals with your surgeon. If your primary concern is breast enhancement and abdominal contouring, you may opt out for the mommy makeover first. If you want to enhance your buttocks and achieve a curvier silhouette, you might consider liposuction and Brazilian butt lift.4. Combination Procedures: Some individuals choose to have multiple procedures performed simultaneously to reduce overall recovery time and costs. However, this depends on your specific case and your surgeon’s recommendations.5. Individual Assessment: Your surgeon will conduct a thorough evaluation of your body and discuss your preferences to create a customized plan. They will advise you on the most appropriate order of procedures to achieve your desired results safely and effectively.Ultimately, the order of procedures should align with your goals and health considerations, and it should be determined in consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon. Always prioritize safety and follow your surgeon’s guidance.
Thank you for your question. Assuming you are in good health I would recommend doing a BBL first. I make this recommendation because this will ensure you have enough viable fat for the fat transfer. If you did a high volume of lipo with your breast you run the risk of not having enough fat for your BBL. A comprehensive consultation with a Board-Cerfitied Plastic Surgeon will assist you in mapping out how you can plan for your procedures. Thank you for your questions and photographs. Often the liposuction and BBL is done in the first stage to maximize the amount of fat to transfer. The second stage would involve the breast and tummy. Your surgeon will advise what is best for you based on your goals and medical history.
