I'm 47, thin- athletic. In 2018, I started Sculptra, 1 syringe & it gave me great results. I repeated it every 18 months. Over 2 months ago, I had Sculptra again, but I don't see any difference. I lost a couple of lbs & my skin is sagging. Besides sculptra I don't have any fillers. I tried to take photos with the worst lighting to show the face texture. I think of getting a mini facelift for a nice V-shaped and tighter face. Would this procedure help me to look younger?
