Lost 20kgs unhappy with my face droopiness and small assemtrical mouth. How do I fix my face what prodecures would you recommend

You would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Congratulations on your weight loss. I suggest you consider focusing on the success of the weight loss rather than seeing it as something that cost potential aesthetic setbacks.
From the picture, you’ve included, you look attractive, and I see no indication for surgical intervention.
Keep up the good work, wear sunscreen and enjoy each day living in the moment.
Facial aesthetics are primarily determined by facial bone structure. These are determined primarily by genetic make up.
Fundamentally changing your facial shape is extremely complex and I recommend you avoid temptation I’m looking for simplistic solutions.
There’s no shortage of people willing to take your money. Avoid having surgery or any cosmetic intervention unless it’s truly indicated.
